We thank our customer for his review.
Firstly, the item in question was a clearance item as this brand is introducing a new range from May, which is mentioned on our website.
The customer placed his order at 8pm yesterday, we emailed first thing in the morning explaining the situation followed by a refund which was given immediately, at around 9:30 am
We advise all customers on our website to check stock prior to placing an order if they have a deadline.
Unfortunately stock can move very quickly.
However, we apologise for any inconvenience caused,
SSKD Team
Very quick delivery
Being in the trade the worktops were as expected no damage and to size stated. The 2 delivery men were very chatty and put the worktops were I wanted them. All in all a very good service all round and only a few days delivery.
