Solid Surface Kitchens Direct (SSKD) Opiniones 

We were looking for a solid worktop and as they were quite expensive we did lots of research on line at various different companies and decided to go for SSKD. I’m so glad we did!! From the moment we bought the worktop to the moment it was delivered there were so many emails packed with information about the worktop and delivery. The delivery arrived bang on time and we are looking forward to having it fitted this week.

When ordering from a company you have never dealt with and the fact you will worry about transport damage etc etc as I am sure we all do, it couldn’t have been any easier from ordering on a Saturday afternoon to delivery on Tuesday it was perfect, they kept me fully informed all the way via email and the delivery guys were so good and carefully placed the worktop exactly where I wanted it and in fact waited until I inspected the goods thank you. I would definitely use again and your great reviews ( I did check before ordering) are well deserved.

Great quality worktops and the delivery service was spot on

What a journey. I was eagerly awaiting my worktops when the delivery people rang to say the van had lost its clutch, the van was only 0.5 miles away !! The companies involved then went out of their way to get a replacement van from 80 miles away (1.5 hours) to pick up the worktops and deliver them from around the corner. Unbelievable, well done to all involved. Respect to the companies that go out of their way to put the customer first. Last but not least, the worktops and splashback are beautiful. I would highly recommend 👌

Very good value for money, good variety of splashbacks and quality products. However, I was disappointed that I requested a number of splashback samples and did not receive many of them. I re-ordered the same branded sample plus further colours and again didn't receive them. So I emailed the company who said that according to their delivery page, this specific brand does not deliver to my area. I highlighted to them that this detail was not on their delivery page and I should have been informed that I would not receive the samples I requested. I was told quite patronisingly that the automated email sent to me following my order, details that some samples will not be sent due to delivery areas as per delivery page (again, no info on this page). This was extremely unhelpful and not what I expected following the huge number of positive reviews.
I would like to make it clear that the delivery page DOES NOT say that Mazan is not available in my area and I made this clear to the company. Also, this would mean the automated email saying to check the delivery page would not help in this situation.

Excellent product, delivered on time.

A very good price for a good, branded worktop. One star off because the delivery cost £50, but with only 1 delivery person (who was lovely, polite and helpful). This meant that as as an older, single woman, my daughter had to take the morning off work to help unload. It was very heavy and she only just managed. For £50 I would have expected a 2 man delivery, as kitchen worktops are heavy, and that's what is being sold!

Great service great quality worktops at a good price. Delivery was extremely quick and the delivery driver was a really nice helpful guy and nothing was too much trouble.

Only bought worktops but delivery was good so would recommend and use again myself.

Excellent service and a great ethic

My order was processed quickly with delivery within two days of ordering. Positive delivery experience with two helpful people ensuring the worktop was delivered safely.

I wanted to order some Duropal worktops, but my cabinets aren't the standard 58cm size. I called them for help, and they picked up quickly and immediately knew exactly what I needed off the top of their head.

Placed my order weeks ago to be delivered last week. Was kept informed all the way. The driver contacted me on the day and was an absolute credit to his company. Couldn't do enough to help. Thank you very much. I will definitely use this company again.

Fast delivery fantastic customer service excellent

Ordered our worktops which started out very well with delivery on agreed date . Unfortunately was told upstands got damaged and would follow in 2 weeks .They didn’t and when eventually we got another date 4 weeks later on the day delivery never arrived and when I rang I was told they got damaged again. Eventually sskd said they would deliver the broken upstands and I could join them back together as they would send some adhesive or wait until next year .I asked for a partial refund as it was damaged goods but they refused and told me they were doing me a favour as I would end up with an extra meter in length ! So the order was over £2k £300 of which was for broken pieces of upstands to glue back together . Not the kind of service I wanted to be honest .

Great quality worktop at great prices. Delivery was on time with lots of communication. This helped us arrange someone to be in when delivery was expected.
