Personal detail proved to Cunard…
Personal detail proved to Cunard incorrect and a lack of transparency over Balcony stateroom description. Apparently our stateroom on the Queen Anne is deck BF , this deck has balconies with metal instead of glass and restricted views due to lifeboats . This is not mentioned in the balcony stateroom description. Also why have we not been allocated a specific cabin despite booking 11 months in advance ?

I am Japanese, and since I do not speak English, I am using a translation tool to write this message.Travel agencies in Japan charge port taxes and gratuities separately from the cruise fare, making the total cost very expensive.
