6 weeks since I ordered. No part, and no reply from my emails to spares2go.co.uk (sales email)
Also no phone number available to call.

The receptionist Karen went above and beyond with my order. She chased it in the work shop to delivery and resolved everything I was querying. A mark of an excellent company and one I will use in the future. Thank you.

With only 10 days till Christmas the element in my cooker blew. I nearly bought the part from a different company called spares-2-go on Amazon but searching gave lots of negative reviews. I then found Spares2go and the same part at a very good price. Postal strikes made me worried about delivery in time for Christmas so I contacted the company asking how they sent their orders out. Des sent me a link to add courier delivery to my order, the overall price was still lower than other competitors. Two days later I have fixed my oven, we will be eating Christmas dinner!
I nearly didn't place my order because of some negative reviews but then realised that those reviews were actually meant to be for the other company with a similar name 'spares-2-go' that I had seen on Amazon, those bad reviews had mistakenly been left against this company. Don't mix up the companies, Spares2go is very good and were extremely helpful.

ordered a filter holder for a discontinued dualit kettle, and grateful that i could source this item from them. i would recommend this company as they delivered on a hard to find item. will use again!

I was looking for a spare freezer flap for a 30year old Zanussi freezer and tried the usual web sites who were unable to help . I then found Spares2go who could source the part for me. After a slight mix up at the beginning the problem was sorted quickly. They acted promptly to all my email queries . I will certainly use them again !

This was the only place I could source a replacement motor for my old Aquavac Wet or Dry cleaner.

There was quite a delay in the part arriving but my initial query was responded to quickly and I was kept informed as to the likely arrival date.

I am pleased to say that the motor did arrive and I have now fitted it and it works perfectly.

I am very happy with the service I received and would thoroughly recommend Spares 2 Go.

I asked for more details about an item before ordering and received an answer very quickly which was encouraging. However, after ordering, the item was not delivered and there were no replies to emails asking how much longer delivery would take, and then asking for a refund. A refund was finally made but only after raising a dispute via PayPal. And before you try to pass this off as a review of the wrong company, I followed the link above to your website believing I could avoid poor service that way. I definitely ordered through your company.

Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for a long delay in delivery ( about a month) however, this is a good business doing its best in difficult times. Communication throughout was excellent, and the part arrived eventually. I would definitely use again, and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I ordered a part which proved to be a bit hard to find and the first one received did not fit but returning it was easy and at no cost to me. As soon as the manufacturer was able to provide the correct one, it was sent on to me. I was informed of progress throughout.

I order two lots of cooker hood filters and was sent completely different filters to the picture on the website?. I also due to no fault of my own, had to pay to have them returned. I order on Amazon 205-5432098-1033930. They cost me £42.78 and I had to pay £2.75 to Hermes to have them delivered. Please everyone be warned by ordering from this company that even if it's not your fault that to return, you will have to pay. Terrible company.

Ordered a replacement chrcoal filter...arrived on time and works well.

Damaged item received asked for part refund due to disability with hands and unable to send back told no .. thanks for nothing.
