I ordered a time-sensitive gift and paid extra for expedited delivery, but the order arrived far too late. Because of the delay, I completely missed the occasion and now have to cover additional costs to ship the gift internationally myself.
When I contacted customer service, instead of showing empathy or taking accountability, they offered a cold, rigid response hiding behind fine print, internal processing times, and local public holidays.
A store that prioritizes proving itself right over fixing a ruined customer experience is not worth buying from. If you need a gift for a special date and value reliable service, look elsewhere.

The ordering process was easy and I was updated regarding shipping, all went very smoothly and the Starrymap was perfect. This gift was one of the most meaningful gifts I ever gave my daughter and her tears of joy proved it. Thank you Mike for helping me make my daughter feel loved and special.

When I first got my map, it came destroyed. I emailed with pictures of how it came and explained it was a gift for my mother. They were beyond kind and helpful and sent me a brand new one. My mother absolutely loved her gift. 10/10

Product did not match the description or photos and likely a glitch with the Vendor's website at the time of buying. Confirmation emails    misleading so error was not identified at the time of purchase. Vendor put me through a myriad of emails and requirements to take photographs but did not replace or refund. Vendor did not reply for 3 weeks until I posted a negative review on a third party site. Vendor has still not processed my negative review on the Starry Maps website - clearly the handling of such matters is akin to the handling of the initial purchase. I await a chargeback through my credit card company. 

Very satisfied with the product, what I received is better than expected - the frame is solid (but not heavy) with the print sealed into it. The hooks are already there, so all you need is a nail in the wall. Customer service was very helpful and prompt in replacing the first print that was damaged in delivery.

My wife loved it! We celebrated 10 years of marriage recently and this was my gift to her. The sentimental value this provides was perfect and there was definitely a tear in her eye. Thank you StarryMaps!

Ordered 2 separate maps for a 50th and 25th wedding anniversaries. They loved them. Service was fast and precise. Would order again.

Although there was a mistake made in the ordering process , I received an awesome print to the correct adress, no extra cost. Very good customer service. I recommend this company. 👌

I love my map! Unfortunately it got damaged during shipping but Mike was right on it with a replacement that arrived fast and perfect! Great product and even better customer service. I can’t wait for my next occasion that deserves a star map!

I had questions about my order which were answered immediately. The order showed up sooner then expected and turned out much better than I had hoped. I highly recommend.

I ordered just the print without the frame and it arrived in bad condition. However, I contacted their customer support right away and Mike responded quickly. He replaced it right away free of charge as it was damaged during shipment. Overall, I would highly recommend ordering from here, not only because of the product but also because of the great customer service! :)

Top notch customer service, prompt responses. Won’t go into details but long story short they went above and beyond and delivered upon a customers request that most other company’s would not accommodate for. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

I had to deal with a shipping issue and they were great working with me to resolve a few nagging problems with order delivery. So good to get product and see it was exactly what I expected when ordering.

My map waa purchased as a gift. When concerned about my delivery arriving on time, i had an immediate response to my inquiry as well as follow up updates without having to ask. I was even provided a small printable copy to use in placement in case my print did not arrive on time.
It not only arrived on time but was absolutely beautiful and very happy with the quality.
I would recommend these prints to anyone who wanted to a acknowledge and capture a special event.
