Absolutely stunning! The quality of my Starry Map print was amazing, and the customer service was truly out of this world. The finished piece became the most meaningful gift I’ve ever given. My mother-in-law said, “Oh my goodness! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine something so wonderful… I absolutely love it!” I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or personal experience.

While the transaction was smooth and the item arrived in a fair amount of time, my first issue was that I requested a tracking number prior to its delivery and received no such number. Product arrived with no tracking number or indication it was even on its way. Second issue, and this is partially my fault. I didn't read the website carefully taking note of the "company location" An order was placed, and the item arrived from a local printing service within driving distance of my home. When I considered the price, I figured it was worth it due to international shipping. After a sizable "international transaction fee" on top of the overpriced item, I was quite surprised to receive the item from a local printer. To be fair, they do say this on their website. That being said, avoid the international transaction fees, and go with a local based service that does the same thing....for much, much less.

Beautiful product and top tier customer service!! Initially I entered the wrong address but Mike altered the address without issue. We accidentally received someone else's map. Again, Mike was highly attentive and immediately sent the correct map. It's lovely quality and a wonderful memento. Would recommend to anyone!

I ordered one for each birth of my granddaughters and they are perfect. Such a great way to treasure a special day.

We love our starrymap! I chose us the midnight blue framed on canvas. I bought it to celebrate the first date my husband and I had 10 years ago when we first met at a local beach bar in St Pete FL. My experience was overall a very good experience, with great customer service! I had ordered a custom star-map with a frame for my girlfriend of 3 years for her birthday, I had a very easy time ordering the map and the shipping was very quick as well! The only issue was, The star-map had arrived in a damaged state where the frame was broken from an impact during transit it seemed. It was out of Starrymaps control, but once I sent an email regarding the damages to the map despite the really good safety packing that was done to it, Mike from Starry maps reached out to me and quickly helped me secure a new one that was able to make it in time for my girlfriends birthday free of charge! (which was within 2 days of the new order being shipped). Mike had told me he was going to try his best to send it to me within the timeframe of my girlfriends birthday, and it made it perfectly intact and even had tape around the back of the frame to help secure it which was a nice and thoughtful touch. I'd like to thank Mike and the Starry maps team for helping me out with this little bump in the shipping process and I would recommend anyone to get this map for their loved ones and help capture their special moments in time forever.

The initial shipping of the order was very fast. After ordering we received it within a few days. There was a printing error with the original order. I sent a picture to their support email and received an answer within hours that a new one would be printed and shipped ASAP no questions asked. I received the reprint with a few business days of my email. Fantastic service. The response to my issue was resolved so quickly with zero fuss.

Due to a major weather event, my prints were lost in transit, but I was sent digital copies right away and prints were remade and sent shortly after. Very good communication and they look beautiful!!
