The reason I’ve only given 3 stars is because I’ve had no response after nearly two weeks about returning some goods.
The products are great quality,arrived quickly and were well packaged but not the correct size hence needing to return!

Item turned up in bits! I’m not saying it was your companies fault but it certainly wasn’t packaged very well!
When emailed, I didn’t even get an apology but a generic processing a refund email.
Disappointed!

Excellent service and communication. Although an error occurred with my order, it was promptly rectified and my inconvenience was compensated by them allowing me to keep the error product. Awesome communication throughout.

Fantastic shop, having very unusual furniture, decor, Art, gifts & so much more at affordable prices. Online deliver to local store was simple & quick. Staff in store are very helpful & friendly. Good experience

You did OK but your carrier didn't
You did OK but your carrier didn't. He said I wasn't in when I was. I now have to collect it from one of their drop off's which for an 80 year old non driver is difficult particularly with a large parcel
