Sobre Stone Warehouse
Escrito por la empresa
Stone Warehouse was established over 18 years ago as the online retailer of a large family-owned aggregate company that has been supplying specialist decorative aggregates for over 150 years. We supply the largest range of quality decorative aggregates online in the United Kingdom.
We source products from the UK, Europe and Asia and from our strategically placed production facilities we deliver competitively priced decorative stones nationally. We offer single and multiple pallet consignments and can quote for larger orders delivered with a crane / Hi-Ab or tipped loose loads from either dockside or direct from source. Standard deliveries are made on a curtain sided lorry and offloaded using a rear tail lift and a manual or electric pump truck. (Delivery Information)
Purchase high quality Gravel & Chippings, Pebbles & Cobbles, Slate & Paddlestones, Rockery & Boulders, Garden Products & Accessories, and Paving & Edging Products, or look through the Clearance & Seasonal range, delivered directly to site from the UK’s premium decorative aggregate supplier.
Prices include delivery and VAT. Simply enter your delivery postcode into the product page and the pallet availability, samples and delivered prices will be displayed for delivery within 2-3 working days. Next Day deliveries are also available for orders placed before 1pm at an additional charge.
Many decorative aggregates are used in water features and ponds so please look for the ‘Fish Friendly’ badge in the product information tab to confirm your chosen stone will not affect the water Ph, protecting your fish and other aquatic life from harm.
Stone Warehouse is committed to Carbon Footprint reduction by using recycled pallets and packaging as well as offering a range of by-product slate aggregates typically delivered direct to reduce product delivery mileage.
Please see our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information but for further product and delivery assistance please Contact Us or call our friendly customer service team on 01629 636212 between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Great product arrived on a pallet and I had a very nice man deliver it who put the stone exactly where I wanted it. I have now started putting the stone down and it finishes my project off and it looks stunning.

No problem
The calculator worked well, only 1 bag left over from 50 bought. Delivery driver very pleasant despite a swearing driver who had to wait for unloading as the single lane track was blocked.
Very good service

Can suppliers of decorative stone actually use a tape measure?
Ordered 40- 90 mm Scottish stones. Delivery label said 50-75mm (fine with that) what I actually got was 75% 100-150mm.
Changed £50 for return delivery to what amounts they can’t measure! Not happy.

Good morning,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us some valuable feedback.
We're sorry that you've had a negative experience when ordering with us on this occasion.
As explained previously we measure the size width ways not length, we do feel that that our online descriptions of the Scottish pebbles 40-9Omm are as accurate as they can be (Graded 50-75mm but due to frequent variance, we have listed this product at between 40-90mm which is a more accurate sizing). We also offer a sample option for this product so we apologise that it didn't meet your expectations.
Kind regards,
Millie
Great price, service and communication.
Great price, service and communication all the way. Easy options to select on the website and the reality matched very well. We were able to choose the day of delivery easily. If you take note of the delivery video and notes you should have no problem receiving the delivery by pallet truck. On the day we got a delivery time slot text and email and the delivery was made on time. Some might criticise the number of update messages between order and delivery but I'd rather have too many than not enough. Getting the time slot message on the day was the icing on the cake! Thank you.
