The holiday was lovely. The Hotel in Keresley was a delight. Clean, food was good, drinks very reasonably priced. The places we went were very nice, some I have been before, but the extras Warwick & Coventry, and the Severn Valley Railway was a lovely experience. Stratford upon Avon, as a Warwickshire lass, was an eye-opener, and most enjoyable. I have been to Ironbridge & Blists Hill, four times now and never tire of them. Lastly our coach driver ( Mike, brought in from Sleafordian Travel)was laid back and made the whole holiday a relaxed affair.

I was picked up from the door, and then taken on a longish trip to collect other passengers, but this was okay and was expected.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room in a lovely hotel, The Royal Court. Breakfast was a bit haphazard, due to staff shortages but dinner was fine.
The trips out included the entrance fee to the Blist Hill museum and an hour's steam train ride, and stops in Warwick, Ironbridge Gorge, Bridgnorth,
Stratford upon Avon, and Coventry.
All in all, our first trip but really good value for money.

The hotel was lovely and we had good food .Staff at the hotel were very helpful,a small issue with the sink plug in our room was very quickly put right.we were early for the hotel so our coach driver took us into Warwick,,and on the way back into Coventry which saved us a long wait at the services.

We had a great holiday. Our driver Kyle was very professional and also very helpful look forward to our next trip away.

We were booked for 30th June staying at Bolton, which included trips on the Settle-Carlisle railway, a canal boat trip at Skipton and another heritage train trip.
Firstly, we were an hour and forty minutes late being picked up, that was because of " known delays" on the Orwell Bridge. Once we were aboard we realised that there was no air conditioning and the temperature was about 35 degrees on there. We thought at least once we got to Cambridge Services we would be on another coach. Wrong ! It was 30 degrees at Cambridge Services and it felt decidedly cool !

We complained to the co-ordinator about it, now would you have thought the driver would have phoned that one in, as he had`nt. Incidentally from the time we were picked up at Stowmarket the driver never spoke a word. A lot of the passengers had been on a lot longer than us.
Anyway they tried to get another coach but were unable or at least that was what we were last told and that the coach would be replaced at Bolton. We politely said that we would not re-board and would get a taxi home. I have complained and asked for a refund which they have refused as the tour went ahead and that they did get a 19 seat bus for some passengers to Blyth Services, where a replacement was put on. They never even tried to phone me at Cambridge Services, we were there for quite some time.
They have been very reluctant to reply to my emails now. I had asked for a refund and then later asked for my complaint to be raised with a senior management and it was supposedly passed on. This being because I was refused a refund. I never heard a thing. I have given it time before I have written this review. We were never even offered another date, or a voucher to use in the future.
The attitude is that it was our fault for not continuing with the journey as the tour did go ahead. Travelling on the hottest day of the year in coach at 35 degrees is not my idea of fun. In fact we had personal fans with us but they were of no use because of the excessive heat.
As there are a lot of good reviews for Sunrise Direct perhaps we were just unlucky on what was a testing day.

Extra time travelling so welcomed stops at Leamington Spa and Stratford instead of horrible motorway services, thanks to driver!

Good holiday destination, professional and friendly driver.

Sunrise made the booking process easy and explained everything fully. It was a bonus that they picked us up from home and took us to Tilbury and that worked very well.

We had a great holiday we saw all the was in the brochure. The hotel was good food good. Marcus our driver was brilliant he was very helpful and had knowledge of what we were gong to see. He had a great sense of humour. He did take us to a donkey sanctuary which I think you should add to the holiday. Would go again.

Our driver Tony was very friendly and helpful. Our trip to Belfast went smoothly. Very good tours to the Titanic museum, the giants causeway and a city tour. The Ramada hotel is very modern and comfortable. I would have liked to see more of the murals, but this is something easy to arrange for yourself on your spare day. The people of Northern Ireland are extremely friendly and helpful.

The feeder coach to Cambridge was the most efficient we have had. Both drivers were professional and kind. The hotel was efficient and food very good standard . Our room was clean with a view of the harbour .We do look forward to booking again next year.

IT First time going with Sunrise coach company as.I have worked with a coach hoilday company .We went to Ireland a tour of Belfast and around Ireland and the Mountains Mourne.and Titanic Experience.Best hoilday we been on for along time. We had a great few days staying in Weston-Super-Mare. The trips out each day were good, and it was nice to have someone else to do the driving. Our hotel was nice and the rooms very clean. The food was good and plentiful. A perfect few days break.

Our driver was very helpful and friendly. The Royal Grosvenor hotel was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The chef was especially helpful over preparing special food for my friend who is a vegetarian and also has a mushroom allergy. The trips were enjoyable and well organised.

What can I say everything when to plan stops were good the trips good hotels were good except coming back one lift one person one case what planet were they from apart from that the hotel was good keep it up thank you all

Everything seemed well organised , and trips were really good. But next time I would go for longer as we were quite tired after as there was so much fitted in on the 5 days/ 4 nights.
