Fantastic Basingstoke staff
I ordered the clothes online for my wife, but was concerned that they would not be delivered to store before my holiday. I rang Basingstoke store who said both were in stock and would reserve them for me if the delivery was not there by lunchtime. Fantastic customer service from them.

Easy to order online, payment and order processed quickly, always kept up to date with dispatch and arrivals of product. Easy to collect from store. Product itself top quality, and nice and warm. As always , always impressed with superdry

Two different size shoes
I ordered a pair of flip flops, left in my size (L) and the right came in a (M) , had to return, then when I went to return I didn’t receive a receipt or proof of refund . Disappointing because I love Superdry.
