I ordered instore for instore…
I ordered instore for instore collection. I was told it should be available within 4 days. After 1 week I rang the store and customer services. Neither had any record of my purchase despite me having a receipt emailed to me.
I had to completely reorder online. The item was ready to collect within 24 hours

I love this bag
It's great. I like the suede leather (or suade leather style as it's not mentioned on the label) for the bottom.
It wasn't obvious at first on the photos but it has a zip for easy side access to the main storage and a laptop sleeve as well.
Comfortable breathable mesh cushion back to it as well. Plus a drawstring to double close the top that's made with hi-vis reflective material.
