Had a great experience using this company.

Very friendly travel agent until I had completely booked (and paid for) all planes, trains, and hotels. Then agent's behavior changed dramatically -- not friendly at all -- answered some of my questions briefly and others not at all. Seemed angry that I even asked questions.

My travel agent was awesome.. Erica Bautista made it super easy... best vacation ever.

My travel agent, Daniel, was so helpful and courteous. I had confidence that he was doing the best job of getting the best deal for me in my travels.

Two years ago, I was planning a cruise for my birthday and decided to reach out to Superior Cruise & Travel for help since this was my first cruise and there were great reviews. I’m not sure if the issue was because I had a preference for communication through email, but I felt like I had no help. I got a quote in price, but I ended up booking the cruise myself. It was disappointing to not get the great experience I had heard about. I still had a great time on the cruise, but the planning process was not very favorable.

our vacation was a nightmare! we flew to calgary.. picked up our rental car... so far so good!! had a couple of enjoyable days at our resort..upon checking our itenary we discovered that our car was to be returned to calgary... 3 hours away from where we were to catch our train in Banmf spent several hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue! ( there was a car rental agency with an office in the airport as well as in the train station)! further review of our itenery found us departing the train in Vancouver at around 5 pm catching our flight out the next day at 8 am ... with no room booked for the night! finally they booked us a room in downtown vancouver a $30 taxi ride away from the airport... on arrival at the airport the same hotel chain has accomadations on the airport property! all in all we spent a good portion of our seven day trip on the phone trying to fix their screwups! the excuse we were given was our represenative’s father was ill! while im sympathetic to any family issues.. if you cannot perform your duties due to them .. please delegate your responsibility to someone who can! this was a once in a lifetime trip for us.. ruined by complete incompetence!

been dealing with this company for years first couple years everything went smoothly then my regular agent left and got hand to someone new..I reached out since I was trying to decide weather to go to Hawaii or Disney in California gave the new gentleman all my information he said flight schedule were not up yet and he would contact me with more info needles to say we did not have our family vacation due to he never reached back out our answer my email... kind of worried about trying to schedule next summer vacation I will have to find new travel agency

I would rate this lower, except that the planning of the trip was great. Looking back, I guess it was because they were getting my money. After the money was received and the trip was in progress, that was when the helpfulness vanished. On a trip to Hawaii, me, my husband, and my 16 year old daughter had to share a queen size bed for 4 days. When I called my travel agent about this, I was told it would be corrected, and we should not have to sleep 3 to a bed. It never was. We had to call our next destination to correct it ourselves. I would never use them again.

In 2010, we bought our first house and received an $8,000 tax refund. We decided to use $3,000 of it to go on our first vacation. I put tens of hours in pouring over hotels and flights and locations on the Hawaiian islands, auto rentals, etc. After getting what was the best prices on overything that was possible online, I researched a reputable travel agency to see if they could get exactly what I had worked so hard to find, but cheaper. I told them that if they could get exactly what I wanted and save me money, I would go through them. Not only did they save me about $500, they also got the room at an incentive price, which included full breakfast every day. Everything down to having the car rental ready for us. We had the best vacation we have ever enjoyed since Aruba at a 5 star resort (the Fairmont Orchid - MOST AMAZING RESORT EVER) on the Big Island, free breakfast every day, and a rental car. It was amazing. As soon as we can afford a family vacation, we are taking the kids and will be using them again.

Daniel was great to work with. He was helpful and accommodating. I am looking forward to our trip!

I travel often but my accommodations are normally taken care of. This experience was awesome, our hotel was perfect, the bay side view, the price, everything! 5 stars from me

Our trips have always been right on the mark. Air, hotels, tours all exactly what we asked for. They have planned our trips to London, Paris, Ireland, Scotland and point in between! Our "go-go" resource!

When we cruise, either my wife and I or with our entire staff - which this November will make 6 times - we travel Carnival!!!

Fun! Energetic staff! Excellent food!!

They make us feel like we’re the secret shopper:-)

We had the agent put together a FL vacation that included both flights, transportation, hotels and tickets to Universal and Disney World. They got the tickets wrong for Universal and I had to spend hours trying to get it straightened out. I did more work to get it fixed than the agent did, and frankly, one of the reasons I decided to use an agent was to have someone to rely on to take care of any issues that may arise. She also booked us on Mears to and from the airport, even though we only needed it from the airport. She should have known that as we were staying on a hotel on property at Disney the Magic Express would take us back to the airport. It took quite a number of weeks to get that refunded, as I did more work to make it happen than she did. The hotel room was also the very furthest one from the lobby, restaurant and transportation, even though she knew we were late 50s. Not sure I will use this company again.

Trip to Italy and Greece went off smoothly
Seats on flights were not comfortable
But all else was very good
