Our travel agent name was Wanda Coar. She was great with responding back to my emails quickly. Due to certain circumstances we had to cancel our trip. It was a super easy process and Thank God we had travel insurance. Will definitely rebook another trip soon.

I would recommend this agency. They took care of everything for my stay in Riviera Maya, Mexico.

I will use Superior Cruise and Travel for all my vacations. They went above and beyond my expectations. Took my daughter to New York for graduations present. Superior Cruise and Travel gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do during travel, set me up for things I didn't know I would need in New York (like hop-on-hop-off pass), they promptly answered ever question I had.

An issue arose with our last minute reservation, but Superior was quick to help us correct it. They were available to reach at all times and were very helpful and insightful. Had a great vacation!

Fred was great. He worked with us on finding the best value for the trip. He was very cooperative and patient with us while we tried to narrow down what we wanted to do on our honeymoon. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Overall great experience with Superior Cruise and Travel. Would definitely go back to Fred in the future.

$400.00 mistake.
Paid for insurance, and had to cancel due to unexpected surgery, but lost an additional $400.00 on top of insurance cost due to SC&T error. They forgot to cancel the private transport they arranged from the airport... this should not be the customers problem considering that is what the $500.00 non refundable trip insurace was for... now I'm out $900.00. Bad business to hold on to a customer's funds and tell them they'll try to reimburse them on their next vacation...

Have used Superior Cruise and Travel multiple times and never have I been disappointed. Mark has always been available to answer questions and assist us in anyway. They are my go to travel agency.

I have worked with Fred Avery on the coordination of two vacations in the last few years and always found him to be prompt, friendly and very helpful. I've sent him emails in the evening and he still gets back to me with answers within an hour or so. I will absolutely book my next vacation with Fred!!!

Our travel agent was great at communicating and helping us out due to the short time we booked beforehand. The room at the resort was nice as we expected, not as was promised. We had to move rooms a few times and after wasting several hours of our vacation on this issue, we finally received a room that was comfortable and had an acceptable partial ocean view. Our agent never followed up with us afterwards to see how our experience was. I probabaly would not use this travel agency again unless there was a significant improvement.
