Wonderful customer service

Customer service is responsive and helpful and dives in to solve problems that may come up. The Slyvox Outdoor TV is amazing. We left it out all winter in New England (image tha weather) and it works like a top. We even watched TV outdoors to celebrate NYE. Fantastic purchase. Get the Best.

We purchased a TV in May with the TV stand… 30 days later the TV blew over in a storm and the screen shattered …. Granted it is Act of God and not covered…. I emailed Slyvox but no response …so due to a party we were having we ordered another TV …. It came damaged… they replaced it a week later… all good… till I finally got hold of agent and I asked if they could honor the discounted rate they offered me on the first TV that the storm took out and they would not ! They said bc it was 2 different orders? But the same company right? Frustrating to say the least.. not flexible… they charged the same cc card … delivered to same address but would not offer customer service! It’s a shame bc we bought their TV stand to do the right thing …BUT buyer be advised it will blow over and the screen will shatter … I went back and forth via email for about a week and kept getting the same AI answer… I will be back to update again once we really start to use the TV but we lost month of July with all the issues

I had a problem with a Sylvox 15.6 kitchen TV and as soon as I contacted Sylvox, they assured me that my issue would be rectified. And I must admit, it was one of the fastest and best responses from a company I have ever experienced. Communication was often and I worked with "Ian" and then "Jason" and both were very good at keeping me in the loop. They walked me through some fixes before we went to the next step. When that did not fix my problem, Jason arranged for me to get a replaced TV since I was still in warranty status. I appreciated Sylvox standing behind their products and treating their customers exceptionally well. I got the new TV yesterday and it is now in the kitchen working just fine. Sylvox provided me with a return UPS box and I am sending the old TV back today. I could not be happier.

Their customer support was kind and helpful as we needed to return outside of the return window.

5 stars for Sylvox going above and beyond. After being a little difficult to get a live person on the phone I was getting concerned but kept trying and got someone… we bought a 65” Deck Pro 3.0 a few months ago and somehow… lost the remote control 🙈.
I was going to just buy one online but couldn’t find any that said they were compatible with the 3.0 which is when I decided to call. They helped identify the correct remote and then said they would provide one to us at no charge! We fully intended on paying for it but what a nice gesture and OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you, SYLVOX!

What an excellent choice in upgrading our home entertainment options. This outdoor tv is the best. We bought it for the upcoming football season but with the clear picture quality, we are already enjoying it for streaming movies. I hooked it up using an HD antenna in our attic and ran the channel scan. The tv tuner found 86 local channels to watch for free. We can’t wait for football season.

I purchased a Sylvia TV online for my camper, unfortunately I didn’t need it after all. I contacted customer support and asked about the return policy. Ian, from customer support, responded and gave me instructions on how to return the tv. I had a few other questions and Ian responded very quickly. Ian was very helpful and professional.

Working with the Sylvox support team left us very impressed with the folks helping us, not the least of which was Yishu ---- a tremendous representative for the company, who acted professionally and courteously throughout the process, up to and including the important step of getting us a replacement RV TV just in time for our summer RV adventure trip. We are so appreciative! Others who were extremely helpful were Shen, and supervisor Leah, and of course Marketing expert Sean Wang. They have been terrific!

We purchased our sylvox 65 inch TV with Cabinet and couldn't wait to get it set up on our new deck! Just in time for football season. Unfortunately we had a bit of a hiccup with screen flashing colors and I contacted Sylvox Support, led by IAN! IAN and his team did not miss a beat. I was worried this would be in limbo but my email was responded to in 24 hours! The next email and video of my situation was responded to in minutes as was the next and next, until the situation was resolved much to my satisfaction. It is one thing to purchase the pefect TV you have dreamed of, it is another to realize you used the right organization who stands behind their product...PERFECT! Thank you IAN and the Sylvox Team!

When I plugged in my TV, the screen was filled with lines and color blocks, obviously damaged in transit. I emailed customer service and Ian responded within an hour asking for a photo of the shipping box, TV serial # and order #. I sent those and he again responded quickly with a message that a replacement was being sent immediately. Despite the inconvenience of having to re-box the tv and arrange pickup with the return shipping company, this is the best customer service I could ask for. What more could Sylvox had done? Nothing, imo. My replacement is on it's way and I highly recommend Sylvox for their customer service alone! Thanks to Ian for his diligence and communicaiton.

Wow, what a great looking TV. The shipping was pretty quick and FedEx deliver was offered. The tv is very bright in the day and once it stops raining som much on the east coast I will get more use of it. :)

I just received my Sylvox Full Sun TV last week, and early review of picture quality is great! Very clean and crisp picture in any lighting condition.
But my review is more geared towards Sally, the Sylvox service rep that helped resolve complications with my order. She ensured my issue was 100% resolved, and sent me follow up emails along the way until my replacement TV arrived. Sally’s level of service was amazing!

First off, Sylvox makes an outstanding outdoor TV. I am in South Florida and needed a bright TV, and my 43" is it! The picture quality is great and takes the S. Florida humidity well.
Post Sale, I had a technical issue, or better said, Operator error, that I needed some help with. Team member Jason was outstanding and patient with me, and fixed me right up! Thank you Jason!

We bought an outside tv and ran into a problem and contacted the company and they were very helpful. The took the return and sent me a new TV. Thanks for your help.
