I’m very happy with my Sylvox outdoor TV. The picture is clear and bright, even outdoors during the day, and it has held up really well to the weather. It’s perfect for our pool and patio area and has completely upgraded our outdoor entertaining space.
Setup was straightforward, the TV looks sleek, and the picture quality is much better than I expected from an outdoor television. We use it for everything from watching sports by the pool to having music on while entertaining.
If you’re looking for a TV that can stay outdoors and still deliver a great picture, I definitely recommend Sylvox. It’s been a great addition to our backyard!

I noticed a sound problem a few months ago. Eventually, it balloned into I had no sound. I called one day before my warranty expired. Expecting to get a negative response, I got a very positive response from Gerry. I sent the required information and then received another tv that was damaged. (The carriers fault.) However, after sending pcitures, I received a third tv that works great. Thank you Sylvox and Gerry for such great customer service!!!!!

We ordered a 55 inch TV for our deck. Upon installing the TV it was apparent the TV screen was badly damaged. Happily, I was quickly able to speak to a company representative, Gerry, who reassured me that the company would stand behind their product. At Gerry's direction I submitted photos of the damage and quickly thereafter he informed me they would send me a replacement TV even before I returned the damaged TV. They have been true to their word and we now have a fine new working TV. I also appreciate that Gerry maintained a constant updated email thread as the process progressed. Thank you, Gerry and Sylvox

We ordered a Sylvox 65" outside TV and Bracket... Unfortunately, the tv was delivered and the screen was damaged. I called Sylvox support and Ian could not have been more helpful!!! Once he saw a photo of the screen he immediately processed the shipment of a new tv and the pick up of the damaged one. He honestly saved the day as we had a big family event the following weekend and Ian got the new tv to us in time!!! The Sylvox tv is amazing!!! The assistance and understanding and kindness from Ian was phenomenal!!! Thanks so much!

I was in need of a Tv to use outside for Me and My Friends to see Music as We Play outside in the Summer months. When Shopping The company that kept coming to light was Slyvox. So I proceeded to investigate and Found No other company for the price and features that Slyvox offered. I received it less than a Week ago and so far love the ability in part sun this Tv can keep down the glare. We had already tried a conventional tv and the difference was amazing. When I got it out of the Box in the house and it was raining so I turned it on to set it up. I decided to put light on it in the house to test and used a flashlight. I was amazed how it literally blocked most of the light. When in need I will buy from Slyvox again! Jerry Bailey

I received a tv with broken screen. I called Sylvox and Ian quickly replaced it and had had the damaged tv picked up. We love our outdoor tv with sound bar!

Professional staff and quality products!! My new 65” outdoor TV with cover and mount arrived via Fed Ex. Only wish Sylvox offered installation services, but new purchase will look perfect in my outdoor lanai area near the ocean!! Highly recommended!!

Love my 75” Sylvox tv and cabinet . I have had it for over a year through all 4 seasons in Buffalo NY and it’s a show stopper. Sylvox has excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased the 65" Sylvox partial sun Gaming Series model as I watch a lot of sports and wanted the higher frame rate. The TV looks amazing and performs as such. Being able to read the scores and live game information on the bottom of the screen from across the pool was impossible for a regular LED TV, but this Sylvox is crystal clear from well beyond the pool. The entire view is perfect. This TV hit a home run for my pool, patio, & pergola setup!

I had a very positive experience with Sylvox customer service. Sally was courteous, thorough, and took the time to address each of my concerns individually. She resent the return label, offered to arrange a pickup, and helped identify the replacement power cord needed for my motorized TV mount. I especially appreciated her willingness to provide the replacement cord as a goodwill gesture. Her thoughtful and professional response made a frustrating situation much easier to resolve. Order an outdoor TV. TV showed up with a large crack in it from the shipping folks. Not Sylvox's fault at all. Reached out to Sylvox's customer service and had a quick response. Sylvox sent a new TV out immediately. They coordinated the pickup of the old one incredibly quickly as well. Customer service was great to work with during this process and really took care of us. TV is fantastic.

The tv that I purchased was not operating correctly when I received it and the customer service response was remarkable. They responded to my complaint immediately and promptly replaced it with a new tv. Quality service like this is unfortunately becoming exceedingly rare.

The Original Slyvox TV I recieved had a "stuck" pixel issue on the screen. Gerry from Slyvox arranged a replacement TV to be sent out and provided simple instructions and a label to return the "original TV.

The new TV arrived quickly and worked fine without any pixel issues!

Gerry made the entire replacement process seamless.

I purchased a 65" outdoor full sun TV and mounted near our pool. We love being able to watch sports while in the pool. Sylvox provides a well-built TV and good value for the cost. Customer service was also very helpful when working through a small issue. They provided a great support in a timely fashion.

The entire experience was long and eventful, but in the end, they did everything they could to make it right. Jason did a great job trying to get my product to me in one piece. It appeared the first tv was damaged during shipping.they shipped a second before they received the first one back. I did get the tv in a quick timeframe and am enjoying it on my deck. It works fantastic. The partial sun one is great and I have no issues seeing it at all. For the price point I would definitely recommend!
