Excellent Customer Support

My TV arrived with a crack in it. I was of course very disappointed. Obviously, things happen, so it's in how you react to it. Sylvox immediately appointed a care representative (Gerry) who sent out a new TV immediately. The TV was at the house within a week and before I even had returned the broken one. All shipping was paid for and handled promptly. The new TV is working amazing and it's the perfect additoin to my back yar.

Ian was very professional and took care of my needs instantly! Love their tv I have bought 6-7 of them over last few years!

I had lost my remote to my Sylvox remote. I contacted customer support to help me. They responded immediately and helped me in obtaining a new remote. The overall experience was wonderful! I can not say enough about it. Sylvox from the very beginning of my purchase has been exceptional! My next purchase will definitely be with this company.

Solid customer support. I had an issue and they guided me through the steps to a total replacement. If I had the need for another Outdoor TV, I’d buy from Sylvox.

The wind blew my tv off my deck a cracked the screen. I figured it was my loss and when they wanted a review they asked for pictures. I sent them and they sent me a return label and sent me a new tv. The customer service was just awesome and the tv is awesome. Thank you Sylvox

Purchased the 55" deck pro outdoor TV less than two years ago. The TV is mounted outside under a pergola. As we live in the northeast it gets limited seasonal use. Stored inside and not used 7 months out of the year. To start, the picture is not that good for an outdoor TV. But to make matters worse I lost picture completely about a month ago. Reached out to Sylvox costumer service with very little response. I explained to them that I was not looking for a new TV but any help in possibly repairing this one. With very little response from them, I took it to a TV repair shop. They found the problem and reached out to Sylvox for parts. Still no response. This has been a complete waist of money.

I had an issue with a damaged remote and reached out to Sylvox for assistance. They responded almost immediately and provided the information to me to get a new remote. Outstanding customer service.

Customer service has been wonderful. We have purchased 4 outdoor TVs, and any issues that have arisen have been handled promptly and professionally.

ordered the 15.6" Smart Waterproof Battery Powered TV for Home & On-The-Go - Portable TV in August 2025, by January 2026 the tv had stopped charging and holding a charge, sent numerous videos showing issue and was advised to try different things which we did, in end received a replacement tv.
The 2nd one arrived and had a missing pixel top left of screen and this was meant be a new replacement tv, sent evidence (photo) showing issue and a 3rd replacement was sent beginning of february 2026. Today went to charge the tv and the red light kept flashing at the front of the tv and went bang after a few minutes of being on charge and wont turn on which is obviously another fault. Im now trying to get a refund as 3 tvs within a year is not acceptable for a £399 tv and not cheap by all means. Customer service is very slow and wouldnt recommend.

I had an issue by ordering 2 tv's by mistake. I delt with Leah from your support US to help me get it resolved. Leah was wonderful to deal with she did an outstanding job of taking the time to describe what exactly I had to do to return one of the tv’s and cover and to be reimbursed. Leah provided updates on a regular basis and when we spoke on the phone she listened to me, I did not feel like I was being rushed off the phone she is very polished and professional. I will be sure to recommend Sylvox to all my friends based on the positive support I received as well as the quality of the Sylvox TV. This was a very positive experience. We bought the Sylvox 65-inch outdoor TV for our newly built gazebo, and it is wonderful. When our first TV arrived damaged, we contacted customer service and spoke with Gerry. Gerry and the whole team acted so fast and sent us a replacement within just a few days. The support was quick and very helpful. I ordered a 55-inch Sylvox TV, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I emailed customer service to explain the issue, and I was very impressed with their response. They replied the very next day, and within a week I received a replacement TV.

Bought the 55 inch partial sun Sylvox tv from Best buy. Beautiful tv for outdoor pool and patio area. Had an issue with the Remote which suddenly stopped working due to getting wet even though it's advertised as water resistant. Made a claim with customer support and warranty service and their service was top notch. Send a couple of pics of the remote and received a new one in a matter of 4 days. Top notch customer service I'll say.

I don't often write reviews, but the customer support I received from Sylvox deserves recognition.

When I first received my outdoor TV, I ran into a few issues with my sound bar integration and some streaming apps. I reached out to their support team, and they listened carefully to my feedback, kept me informed throughout the process, and worked directly with their engineering team to resolve every issue.

After the updates, everything works exactly as it should. My sound bar powers on and off with the TV remote, the volume controls work perfectly, and both Netflix and Amazon Prime Video run flawlessly.

What impressed me most wasn't just that the issues were fixed—it was how seriously the Sylvox team treated customer feedback. They even welcomed suggestions on how to improve the user experience during software updates, making me feel like my input genuinely mattered.

Now that everything is working, the outdoor viewing experience has been fantastic. The picture quality is excellent, the TV performs great outside, and it's become one of our favorite ways to enjoy movies, sports, and evenings on the patio.
