Working with the team at SYLVOX was very pleasant and timely to work on my issue.

It is one thing to have a great product but if you don't have the customer service to go with it, it tarnishes the brand. SYLVOX, customer service raised the bar and completes why SYLVOX has both a great brand and customer service.

I purchased the 55" outdoor tv with soundbar last year and was very impressed with the picture quality and overall operation. I had an issue develop this year, so I had to reach out to Sylvox for assistance. They were very prompt and courteous. We got the issue resolved and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for outdoor tv enjoyment.

Ordered a 55-in outdoor TV, first TV was received damaged. Customer service was responsive and replaced with a second TV that was also damaged during shipping. TV's seem well-built so I would expect them to be of high quality, but shipping appears to be problematic. Will be ordering a TV via a local retailer to hopefully avoid shipping issues. Customer service is responsive and easy to work with.

I purchased the 43" Outdoor Sylvox Deck Pro Google TV and have been very impressed with the performance and great picture. The TV is much brighter than the previous TV I had mounted outside making it easier to get good quality picture in the bright outdoors. I had a problem with the TV and was very pleased with the response I received from customer service which quickly resolved my issue.

I recently published a 55”Sylvox Poolside TV along with a soundbar model 2.0. The process was very smooth with on time delivery and any and all questions I had were answered right away. I would highly recommend the Sylvox outdoor TV and soundbar

Our experince has been great. The TV has great picture quality, sound and all the features we love. We are able to enjoy our patio while watching a movie with family and friends. customer serivce was great and when we called.

We love our Sylvox outdoor TV. It is the focal point for our outdoor living space and is where we watch games, races or cartoons with the kids while dining on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The picture is clear and crisp and visible despite sun conditions and customer service is second to none!

We have 2 Sylvox TVs. One 55” deck version and one 65” pool version. Both are about 2 years old and have worked flawlessly. No glare and easy to see through out day.

I have a 55” Sylvox Deck Pro that had an issue with the screen, Customer Service has been great in helping me get it fixed in a timely manner. This is very much appreciated and a sign of a great company.

I had a bit of a rocky start with my Sylvox purchase, but the outstanding customer service completely turned the experience around.

Initially, I experienced delays with my delivery, which was frustrating. However, After Service Support was responsive, kept me informed, and worked diligently to get my order delivered. Unfortunately, the challenges didn't end there—the TV arrived with a shattered screen. I contacted After Service Support immediately, and they didn't hesitate. Within a day or two, they had a replacement TV on its way.

The replacement arrived without issue, and it's now installed and working perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the TV itself.

Could the overall experience have gone more smoothly? Of course. But I also understand that shipping issues and damaged deliveries can happen and aren't always within a company's control. What truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Sylvox's After Service Support exceeded my expectations. They were quick to act, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and made sure everything was resolved.

Because of the way they stood behind their product and took care of me as a customer, I would absolutely recommend Sylvox. Great products are important, but great customer service is what earns long-term loyalty, and they certainly earned mine.

Received our tv damaged (in transit) sent an email and customer responded within 24 hours sent pictures of damage, customer service representative Ian was able to
Confirm the damage and have a new one sent. Received new tv in perfect condition. Service was timely communication was satisfactory and we couldn’t be happier with our tv and cabinet

This place has incredible customer service! Their responses are timely, helpful, and from a real human! I had an issue and Sylvox worked quickly and went out of their way to help me. I'd definitely do business with them again.

Service après-vente inexistant

J’ai passé la commande FR1044 le 26 juin pour un téléviseur extérieur 65’’ avec support mural inclus.

Le téléviseur a bien été livré, mais je n’ai jamais reçu le support mural pourtant compris dans la commande. J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises, puis envoyé une nouvelle relance il y a maintenant trois semaines. À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, aucune explication et aucune date de livraison.

Il est particulièrement regrettable de constater qu’après l’achat d’un produit aussi coûteux, le service après-vente ne prend même pas la peine de répondre à ses clients.

Je déconseille donc fortement cette entreprise tant que la situation n’est pas réglée. Soyez très prudents avant de commander, car en cas de problème, le suivi semble totalement inexistant.

Whenever I've needed help they always responded very quickly. Products are great, we've purchased 2 TVs from them!

Wasn't sure if the TV would fit given the space available.
Support went through dimensions in detail and assisted with a solution to the space issue.

When I received the Sylvox 65" outdoor tv, the box had shipping damage and when the installer opened it up, it had a severely cracked screen.

I was dreading the "fight" that I figured was coming up when I contacted the company. Boy was I surprised, in a VERY positive way.

I contacted Sylvox, spoke with Sally on the Sylvox support team and she was awesome. She took the info, issued a return documentation and immediately shipped a new TV, even before the old TV had been picked up.

She followed up to make sure I got the new TV and that we were satisfied.

I highly recommend this company. We love the TV and are able to watch it while sitting in the pool. While it is a Great product, there was even better customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with my Sylvox TV and, more importantly, their incredible customer support team.
When my remote stopped working, I reached out to see how to order a new one, knowing full well my TV was already past its warranty period. To my complete surprise, Sylvox didn't hesitate—they immediately offered to send me a replacement remote free of charge!
It’s rare to find a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers long after the sale is done. Fantastic service and a great product. Highly recommended!
