Product as described and expected. Very quick turn round between order and delivery (ordered Tuesday, delivered Thursday) and packaging first class. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Terrible customer service.
Item arrived terribly packaged for a start. Royal Mail tried to deliver the returned package to Taps Empire on a Saturday and as they are not open, it could not be delivered. The package somehow got lost in the Royal Mail system was never rescheduled for a delivery, thus being past the 14 day return window, taps Empire were absolutely unwilling to help and take the item back. Shocking customer service I will never recommend or use them again.

Good Service
Easy payment, fast delivery although noticed pricing for the product I bought (yearly replacement of a toilet filter) has jumped up nearly 20%.....sign of the times!
