Nice products but dodgy business…
Nice products but dodgy business practices
They offer 10% discount to first time buyers with no reference to conditions.
On check out it turns out that many products are not eligible for this discount.
Their terms and conditions don't refer to this either.
Customer Services are obviously trained to get cutomers to F. Off in the nicest and cheapest possible way. Totally unhelpful and took days to respond to each email

Works and smells amazing
I love love this brand! Products smell amazing and actually work! It is a little more expensive then some other brands but you only need a small amount so it lasts longer.

Mel Hempsall is amazing!
Can honestly say that i would never go back to using other products. Having suffered from acne since the age of 9, this company is the only comapny who's products have worked well on my skin and cleared said acne. The rep i have used throughout has been open and honest and answered any questions. She is approachable and able to give good guidance to ensure that you're not ripped off.

Lovely product although a bit expensive
I had used Temple Spa at the gym and then ordered products directly. They are a bit expensive (particularly the charges for the very very small samples) but they do smell lovely. Perhaps you could offer two free samples per order (in the same way some of your competitors do) as this let’s customers try out new products they will then go on to buy.
Overall very pleased with the purchase, delivery and packaging.

Took more money from my account then permission was given for. I've had to cancel my bank card as a result and report to action fraud. Stay clear.
