I have absolutely fallen in love with Temple Spa. I have a Consultant who is amazing, friendly, professional and very helpful. She guided me through a skin consultation and as I have suffered with acne for so many years (more like decades), I have found the sensitive range to be incredible. My acne has now gone and thanks to Temple Spa, my skin is clear, smooth, even and soft and I receive compliments on my skin on a daily basis. Thank you Temple Spa for sorting my skin and giving my confidence the much needed boost too!!

I decided to try the ‘In the beginning’ cleanser, and treated myself to the Clean Up your Act brush. Can I just say OMG! It has completely revolutionised my skin. For my skincare routine, I’ve always used a good cleanser and toner (due to my oily skin), but the combination of the ITB and the brush has made an immense difference in my skin and pore appearance - I’ve had very few breakouts. I can’t recommend both enough!

Love Temple Spa. As a relative newby I am obsessed with Repose. It's my go to day and night. The feel of my skin is amazing and the scent is calming and helps me sleep. Its helped with breakouts from wearing masks too. I'm using Windows of the Soul daily now too and the skin around my eyes is moisturised and looking much brighter/less saggy. It's like that spa feeling but at home.

Fabulous products. My skin has never looked better. Every product I have tried smells amazing and the results of the neck and eye treatments are outstanding. I never go to bed without Repose night cream.

I fell in love with this brand, their ethos and the fact they're cruelty free. Beauty products that make you feel great and look great. I'm in!

The products are extremely good . I then decided to become a consultant and for the last 2 years have been providing classes online during lockdown .

What can I say? I just love these products and the company. Gorgeous aromatherapy and brilliant results. I bought myself a collection after attending a class and wanted to buy everything! Luckily I didn’t have to because my collection came with 3 free full sized products and gorgeous chocolates! All arrived on time too. Don’t think I’ll use anything else again!

I absolutely love my Temple Spa products. They always deliver the results for my skin and I find improve my well being over all. But it’s the service that really sets it above other companies I’ve bought from. Everything is delivered to the door in beautiful indulgently luxe packaging, with chocolates and tissue paper. So I’m always confident to send direct to friends and family as gifts - gift note included (and chocolate!). Thank you.

I have an issue with the containers for their products. The spray with their eye care lotion stopped working before I had used it very much. The brush with the Trufflesque sheds so much there are hardly any bristles left.

I use many Temple Spa products but sadly one of them I wasn’t getting along with so well and I’d purchased a further bottle of the same product. After contacting them, without hesitation they sent a pre paid postage bag to me to return the products to them, and I was able to order replacement products to the same value, which arrived two days later. Excellent service for which I’m very appreciative otherwise it would have been a waste of £100 for me. Thank you.

I bought a gift set for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. Whilst the products appear to be okay, I was disappointed that they just posted the lovely gift box it comes in, without putting packaging around it. I’ve had to give it as a gift covered in Royal Mail stickers! Simple recyclable brown paper would have avoided this.

I'm such a huge fan of their products and credit them with helping get my crazy sleeping pattern sorted out. I use their room sprays daily for a calming atmosphere and they are divine. I love their velvet sleep masks and repose cream. If you have any issues with anxiety or sleeping, I highly recommend that you check out their site. They also have lovely bath products which give you that spa feeling at home. Everything I've ever ordered from Temple Spa had been of amazing quality, pretty packaging with lovely samples and chocolates. Their customer service are fantastic and the staff who run their social media platforms are very friendly too

My wife and daughter love Temple Spa's products but one is never quite sure with any company when ordering on line, what will happen if there's a problem with a product or delivery. However, we've had a really great experience related to a package going missing this week. The delivery problem was not of Temple Spa's making but a simple phone call to their customer service line to ask what could be done, was met with a very straightforward, 'I'm very sorry, I'll despatch a replacement today'. It took all of 2 minutes to resolve and the replacement arrived next day without any fuss.

I'm delighted with both the service and the products we've received, and I very much look forward to shopping with Temple Spa again soon.

Love the products, recently received a huge order including Toning essence, Repose, Palm Balm and Sugar Buff. The delivery was quick and beautifully packaged also found the products lushious and smell so good. I'd definitely recommend!!! Real lux brand.

I am an avid fan of TempleSpa products and have a fantastic TempleSpa consultant who keeps me informed of promotions and includes lovely samples and gifts with my orders.
However, my dealings with their HQ customer services team have been appalling. I have had two reasons to seek after sales service. The most recent following an allergic reaction to one of their products. I found them to be slow to react, hard work to deal with and generally uncaring. Not what you expect from a customer services function. So beware. Whilst your local consultant might offer 5 star service with a smile, in my experience do not expect that from their central customer services team. Disappointing for a brand that purports to be a premium brand, sadly that does not include premium service. Having said that, some of their products are fabulous and do deliver great results.

I was also a victim of the security breach and lost £600. However I didn't even receive an email from them.
I am, however, here to review the products honestly as I'm sure the reviews on the website are from consultants.

I suffer with acne. Trust me when I say, none of the products the consultants will try to peddle you are any good for acne prone skin. The mattifying moisturiser does not control oil. The oily skin face wash makes your skin feel so tight you are scared of smiling. I bought the expensive truffle range and the serum made my acne worse so has gone in the cupboard. I've been using solely temple spa products for a year and my blackheads are worse than they have ever been. I am moving on to other premium skincare now.

Alas, some of the products are good and I get a huge amount of wellbeing from using them in a nightly routine. In the beginning smells and feels beautiful. The body scrub is amazing. Repose is lovely. I also can't deny that the anti ageing properties of the truffle products do work.

Absolutely love Temple Spa products, like some of the other reviewers I too had to cancel my bank card because Temple Spa had been hacked but they certainly made up for it by sending all the affected customers a £50 voucher.
