I accidentally ordered on the UK site and thought I was over charged or a scam victim. Im a first time customer who looked up reviews after the purchase and after reading all the bad scam reviews I almost regretted my purchase. I sent an email to customer service on Friday and then read these reviews and prepared for the worst. I was happily surprised that I received a email response before I woke up on Monday. They were very helpful and explained that my purchase was done in U.S. dollars and then when I looked at the USA site I found that I was charged correctly. I was happy with the charges but also felt worried that my order would get lost since I used the UK site. I assumed it would be a month before I got my products and sent another email today to get tracking but before I reveived a response my package was in my mailbox. I can't believe how fast it came and even better customer service responded back within a few hours with tracking. I am very impressed and very satisfied. I hope this help ease anyone elsa who is going through the same as I did. Thank you to Danielle of Temple spa, great job. 👍 👍 👍

Whilst the products are excellent, I too was a victim of the security breach just before Xmas. This was seriously annoying because my debit card is my main method of payment so had to wait for a new card after cancelling. Wait for it ..... I have had another email today telling me that my credit card which I used for a second purchase, has also been breached and the email they sent on the 16/12 to inform me, had not been sent correctly so they’ve just realised that I hadn’t been informed of the second breach! Seriously someone needs to give this company a good shake up!🤬

Credit details compromised whilst shopping on their website. Had to cancel card before Christmas. Apology received but didn't cover the hassle I found myself in a week before Christmas. Never use again.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. She too had her personal details stolen from the Temple Spa website. She received no email from this company and only knew of the breach when £199.00 was taken from her account for a bogus order with another company. A week before Christmas, she has had to cancel her bank cards. There is no doubt that Temple Spa have lost customer details as this has been confirmed by my daughter's bank. Beware.

I shopped with temple spa for the first time in the lead up to Christmas. A few days after I had £600 missing from my account. I received an email from temple spa saying that they had had a data breach so I replied saying I was aware as over £600 was missing from my account and all my financial plans for Christmas were now shot. I am yet to receive even an apology. Will not risk buying with these again

Recently I learned that the company has had the security of customers details compromised and that they sent all customers affected an email to advise of such and to advise they cancel their card etc. Now I shop with temple spa fairly often and my last purchase was in October - I did not receive an email and as such I assumed my details were not compromised and therefore I took no action. I must add that I rarely use my credit card @ the only purchase I've made in last 3 months was to temple spa as I pay for majority of my online transactions via PayPal. It is to my utmost dismay that today when conducting online banking I noticed a pending transaction for £495 on my credit card . I immediately knew this was incorrect as I , as stated , very rarely use my credit card as it's mostly to use when on holiday. I have of course informed the fraud department of my bank and they will investigate. I am hoping the bank will refund the £495. However I'm disgusted, disappointed and downright angry that this has happened and that temple spa only informed some customers of the potential risk. They have clearly not taken care of card details and their security must be poor and communication shockingly poor. Now I imagine they are going to claim this access to my card couldn't have come from them but I can assure you, the reader, and them 100% it did, as again their company is the only purchase I've made since October by that credit card. Given I received no warning from them then it is clear they really do not have this major fraud under control.
I will not shop with the company again as their complete disregard to the matter is downright criminal in itself .

Customer service really is shocking - they have chosen not to respond to an email I sent them re the security breach of my credit information.

Company impacted by a data breach where credit card numbers, expiry dates, cardholder addresses and CVC numbers were stolen by hackers. No reassurance for all customers who were supposedly not impacted about how they are keeping our data safe. Appalling response by head office who are trying to brush this under the carpet. If you're confident in your cyber security protection why are you ignoring customer concerns?

While the goods were delivered promptly and in good condition, the website has little cyber security as my card details were stolen from it. They did inform me though.

I’ve been buying my wife and friends Temple Spa gifts this Christmas and have to report that the delivery was fast and quick BUT what I was most impressed about was the way the gifts arrived. In a lovely black box and packaging that is made from recycled materials and can all be recycled too. Big tick from me.

Seriously bad customer service. Been waiting 3 weeks for an item missing from my order and all I get told is thank you for my understanding and we are raising money for charity so....
I don’t mind if a company is busy or covid is causing issues but at least have the decency to email and apologise

Fantastic customer service, very helpful and refreshingly patient, the person who I spoke to in customer service was knowledgeable and was happy to explain the benefits of each product, thoroughly recommended and will definitely return for further purchases

Reviewing the 'keep the peace' room defuser and the 'siesta forever' candle.
Both really lovely smelling products, definitely makes your home smell like a spa which is very calming. My cats been pretty chilled out to. Not an overpowering sent but it fills the room quickly and remains in the room after candles gone out which is lovely. No after smell from blowing out the wick either. They are quite expensive items but when i look at similar candles in the same price range i do really like this one over others. The room defuser is large so will last a while. The candle also has 45 hours burning time which again i think is value for money considering how it fills the room with the sent and the sent lasts. Im definitely going to buy more for christmas gifts and for my home.

Before i was introduced to Temple Spa, i didn't have a skincare regime and didn't think it would be my thing. I use temple spa for my well being, its my 5 minutes a day every morning and evening that just for me. And i feel great after it! I especially love my Sunday evening pamper nights in the comfort of my own home.
My skin is also the best its ever been, and even though I am young, i know my skin is getting looked after the best way with natural products.
They also do some amazing Christmas gift ranges every year!
!00% recommend to anyone even if you dont have a skin regime, the skincare is tailored to your skin type!

Tanning drops are amazing ☺️... I will definitely buy again... Also the day cream smells lush and has my skin glowing...

Beautiful products that smell divine and really work. I ordered a gift bag of miniatures for my sister's birthday recently and was very impressed by the customer service. I received a standard email informing me of delays due to Covid, and when I contacted them to explain I needed the package by a certain date, in time for her birthday, they arranged a special express delivery free of charge. Excellent service!

I have discovered the Double Cream at a friend’s Temple Spa evening and since last year I have only used this one.
It is the only cream that makes my dry skin to be elastic and happy as it leaves a bit of luminosity (not oil but something that lasts longer than other creams that immediately get into the skin).
I have tried other more expensive creams (L’occitane, Charlotte Tilburry, Vichy, Eucerin, etc) but nothing has made my face so radiant, elastic and youthful looking than the Double Cream.
Thank you Temple Spa for offering this amazing product Double Cream at such a good value for money.

Ordered some products for my daughter in laws birthday and the service provided was first class they even sent it express delivery free of charge after giving me the wrong delivery date the packaging of the products is lovely and the candle smells divine will definitely be ordering other products from this company

These are some of the best products I have used. Eye cream and moisturiser brilliant oh and Respond at night is fabulous.
Used many high end products and these are just as good
