Resolution to missing item
We had an issue with an item that appeared to be missing from a delivery. Wendy and the Customer Services team took the time to investigate it properly with their warehouse and despatch teams and kept me informed throughout.
Although they were satisfied from their records that the complete order had been despatched, they nevertheless offered to replace the item as a gesture of goodwill.
I thought this was a very fair and customer-focused way of resolving a situation where it wasn’t possible to establish conclusively what had happened. Really good service and very much appreciated.

SLP labels
Barcode Warehouse is my preferred supplier for SLP labels. On this occasion, it took about 4 weeks for the labels to arrive and I had to chase my order. I had to use another supplier and it only took a few days for them to deliver. I find that being charged for next day delivery is very annoying as clearly this is not the case. Being informed that this is the charge made by the courier does not excuse the poor delivery.

I have a great relationship with our contract manager (Matt) who is always able to support and deliver to my expectations.
The only downside to TBW service is an email I receive to say my order is leaving the warehouse, only to find out that its not leaving Newark for me, but your supplier to you.
This email is not helpful as gives me a false timeline and ETA.

waste of time and money
Purchased a wireless receipt printer not fit for purpose. After may a wasted hour , we complained to the compnay who told us we had to pay send it back to them . After much wrangling we still have this printer - 10 weeks on and ove £300 lighter. Old technology that keeps disconnecting from teh wifi networ - keep getting the same 'we are not reposnsible' email.

Order went through straight away for next day delivery which is what I needed. Unfortunately the courier that was delivering failed to deliver even though we are open 24 hours daily and had to wait an extra day to receive the product.

Terrible so far!
We ordered a receipt printer and cash drawer for next day delivery. We ordered on 12th May and they didn't turn up until 23rd May. This was far too late and had to order from another company. I've asked about returning the items and had an email saying they needed pictures of the items. I responded saying I hadn't even opened the package, no response. I opened, took pictures, still no response. You've emailed saying how did we do? Hopefully, this will get some kind of response and a refund.

Hi Paul, I do apologise for your frustration at the delay but our website clearly had the printer in stock and the cash drawer showing as out of stock - available to back order. Had you contacted us prior to purchase we would have been able to advise a more accurate lead time. From the date you placed your order on our website on the 13th May, to the DPD attempted delivery on 23rd May it was 10 days, again if at any point you were frustrated at the delay you could have called our customer service team who would have been more than happy to assist. On 27th May you e-mailed in to request a return and were responded to within an hour to ask for the photos, we do this to ensure the original packaging is intact and so we can issue an RMA, to which you responded to on the 28th May. Unfortunately you didn't receive you RMA number straight away and I apologise for this. We have now rectified this and as a gesture of good will we will pay for the return carriage. Please don't hesitate to call our customer service team in future if you have any urgent requirements.
Technical knowhow is excellent
