Speedy postage, item arrived as described.

I ordered some parts - they arrived in good time but not quite as expected. A quick and pleasant phone call to The Bike Factory resulted in new parts being delivered. Excellent customer service - I will be using them again.

I ordered new spin shoes which were not in stock, I was informed by email that they would be ordered in and delivery would be between 5 and 6 days and the discounted price would be as advertised. I was kept informed regularly by email. The delivery was on time and the spin shoes are great .

Great price, quick build and great delivery! What more can you want?? I bought a Dual Sport 3 Equipped mid step in a Medium frame, usually £1,100, was £830 including delivery to my house fully built and ready to ride! Communication on progress and delivery of order was fantastic- very happy!

Very pleased with the Bike although I had to knock one star off as the supposedly "White Glove Delivery" appeared to be just a standard courier so had to sign for it before making adjustments myself in order to ride it.

Was shopping around for a specific lid, found it here right size, right colour and at the cheapest price I could find! It was dispatched very quickly and with it being tracked too made the whole experience amazing!!

Recently purchased 2 e-bikes from here (different days) and cannot fault the service received (shout out to Rich). Price matched both times, bikes set up, and with mine Rich delivered it to me the next day, which was really helpful, as otherwise couldn't collect it quickly.
