The service provided by the cleaning gurus has been impeccable however, it is Silviyia who has (no joke) changed my life!! I have ridiculously high expectations when it comes to cleaning yet she smashed them all. I’ve tried a few cleaners in the past and cancelled them all after a few weeks as they are just not up to my standard. However Silviyia does EVERYTHING and properly…even sorting delicate hand wash items!? I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you to the guru team for all the clear communication and timely organisation too. Brilliant value!

I have been using Cleaning Gurus for quite a few months and the service is very good. My cleaning lady Ganka is brilliant. Very thorough and friendly and reliable. If there is ever any issue, such as changing time/day, Cleaning Gurus are always quick to help and offer alternatives. I would recommend this company.

Good cleaning agency. Really responsive and useful having an intermediary with the cleaner to look after them as well.

The whole process is very simple and Antoniya has been coming for a few years now. She is friendly and very professional. I would recommend.

We booked a deep clean following building works in our flat which had left a lot of dust and dirt.

The cleaners arrived were shown around and started work. After a couple of hours they said they were almost done. We walked around the flat to find blinds we had paid to be cleaned not clean (covered in dust) both bathrooms covered in water marks, stains on the bath tub. It was clear the tub and shower tray had not been cleaned AT ALL. Behind the door was covered in dust.

You could write your name in the dust left! We explained we weren’t happy. The cleaners said they had done everything. When we sent photos of evidence to manager the manager agreed the standard was not acceptable but still expected us to pay full price and wait another day for another team to come to finish the job. Meanwhile, the original cleaners shouted and walked off.

Would NEVER use again. Unprofessional and terrible standards of cleanliness. I am now hiring another company to come and actually clean.

I've been using Cleaning Gurus for a regular clean for a few months now, and have found them to be really responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I appreciate the simple and personal approach, my regular cleaner (Snezha) always does a fantastic job, and when she was unable to make it this week the Cleaning Gurus team sent Antoniya in her place - also wonderful, so friendly, polite, proactive and kind, and my house is sparkling! The flexibility and great customer service are a real bonus. Communication from the admin team is always fantastic as well - very polite, helpful and solutions-oriented. Highly recommend!

I arranged for a deep clean of kitchen, lounge & bathroom.
I have never been so flabbergasted in the outcome of a deep clean!
A quick Hoover of the lounge, no furniture moved, NO cleaning or dusting of the surfaces etc.
An utter shambles is all I can say.
I would advise that people do not use this company unless they want a very below standard of cleaning.

We organised a fortnightly cleaner and the admin team were very thorough and quick in the organisation process. They listed exactly what would and wouldn’t be included in the cleans upfront, as well as the cost.

Our cleaner was very friendly and extremely thorough. Our flat looked spotless after! Payment was easy and went directly to the cleaner herself.

We are looking forward to our continued service with Guru cleaners.

Just what I needed before my family coming for Christmas!!! I called on Wednesday and the cleaner come yesterday. She was polite and my house is clean and tidy :)))

Would recommend to everyone who requires specific cleaning services.

We booked them for a deep clean of the communal areas of a 3-bed house (kitchen, toilet, bathroom, hallways and living area). The booking was very in-depth with clear communication about what their team would clean (including cleaning tiles, grouting, inside of windows and skirting boards as part of the deep clean).

Their 'team' consisted of one man who didn't speak English who asked us if he needed to clean the toilet. Although he cleaned the majority of the toilet, bathroom and kitchen, he didn't do ANY of the 'deep clean' requirements promised. All he did in the living area was vaccum the floor (unsurprisingly, we can (and do) do this ourselves). He didn't even vacuum the upstairs hallway and did no cleaning there.

We paid £276 for this service.

When we complained that the cleaner did not clean many of the areas agreed in the initial email, we were refunded £50 and promised a cleaner would return to finish the job.... Except then they wanted to charge us an additional £170 to finish it. So they wanted to charge us £396 in total for the clean (minus the refund), having already not done it properly the first time.

After arguing back and forth by email about this for (sadly, literally) DAYS, they emailed on a Friday afternoon (the original clean had been the Thursday the week before) saying they could send a team to finish the work at 9am the next morning. We replied that we would accept this. On the Saturday morning no-one arrived and at 3:30pm we received another email saying it was because their office had been closed when we replied (their email had not given a time limit to reply).

At this point we as a household had set aside two days (when we could have been working and earning money) for a cleaning company who had first not done the service they had promised and then not turned up.

I asked for a full refund and received an angry reply. Eventually I have managed to receive an additional £100 refund.

We have paid this company £126 for 3 hours work covering less than half of what they agreed to clean at the outset.

Do not use them.

Excellent deep cleaning services. The team members Bako and Zlati especially were fantastic, did a great job, were on time and left my apartment look impeccable. Highly recommended.

Very Happy with the Service
I have also been using Cleaning Gurus for a couple of years now and have been able to settle into a regular fortnightly service. Interaction (emails and a few calls) with Customer service have been prompt and efficient and they have been able to accommodate occasional changes to my regular schedule.

My cleaning lady, Aneliya, is excellent and the hourly rate is very reasonable. I would certainly recommend the company based on my personal experience

After 40 emails in 3 months since switching providers, I still do not have a regular cleaner. Very stressful weekly, as I'm in receipt of a new cleaner every week, some produce good quality output of cleaning, others absolutely terrible, typically inexperienced.

My assumption due to Brexit the demand is higher than the supply, During school holidays, no cleaner would turn up. Also to take into consideration, most domestic cleaners pre covid had the run of the property to clean, given homeworking is pretty much to stay, this I think has contributed to the quality of cleaners as the new wfh regime cleaners (not all) can be put off with a family at home.
