Very interesting that all the positive reviews came in the last 2 weeks.... clearly bot reviews from a scam business that only cares about cash. Totally fraudulent activity. As someone who found out read this one and avoid!!!!@

This is unbelievable — we are in 2026, in one of the greatest countries, the UK, and yet scams like this still exist in such an ugly and deceptive way.

Yes, they have Facebook and Instagram pages, but there are no comments — absolutely none. Why? Because they are highly professional scammers who know exactly how to hide the truth and manipulate people.

They lure you in with a “free trial,” then ask for just £1 to proceed. The moment you enter your credit card details, they start charging you without clear consent, hiding behind vague “terms and conditions.”

When I contacted them to question these unauthorized charges, they claimed it was an “automatic subscription.” This is completely unacceptable — any legitimate subscription requires a clear, explicit offer and a formal acceptance from the customer.

Instead, they charged £66 for a so-called registration and an additional £44.99 for “insurance,” without proper consent. This is nothing but manipulation, deception, and a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.

They also claim to have a physical office in Manchester. I even visited the location and tried to pay directly on-site, but they refused and insisted that applications must be done online only. That raised doubts at the time — and now it is clear why.

This is not a service — this is a well-crafted scam.

Be extremely careful. Do not trust them.

Chris, the account supervisor at Acher, Sheffield was fantastic. I was going to cancel my daughter’s subscription due to tight budget but he met me halfway and I’m happy I’m staying back. Thank you Chris.

My favorite thing about The Gymnastics Academy is the waiting area we previously went to gymfinity and the parents had to sit in the car outside. However at The Gymnastics Academy there is a big waiting are with nice seating and massive glass windows to watch the classes, best of all is the free wifi and hot drinks for parents.

Sophia has been attending ballet classes for about 6 months now. Shes really progressing well - I cant thank the team enough for what they have done

Every week my daughter has a smile on her face after she leave the classes at huddersfield. The teachers are so so good with the children.

At our first competition my daughter was very nervous, however Libby was there with her every step of the way and ensured she did what we all knew she could. So proud!

Chris was very helpful to sort out an issue I raised with a ballet trial class.

Chris has taken responsibility for my complaint and responded quickly and in a professional and friendly manner. He contacted me straight away, resolved my complaint and understood my frustration. He went above and beyond after a few previous experiences with other team members where it has been hard to get hold of people and things were not resolved. He’s a credit to the company.

What began as a simple membership dispute escalated into County Court proceedings because I could not get clear information about the legal entity responsible for the contract, despite repeated written requests.

In my experience, payment was taken quickly, but when serious issues arose, my emails and formal requests were repeatedly ignored. Basic questions about the company behind "The Gymnastics Academy" went unanswered, and obtaining clear information became a battle.

I ultimately had to issue court proceedings using the information publicly available at the time. After judgment was obtained, I was told I had pursued the wrong entity. However, on 4 June 2026, Huddersfield County Court upheld my judgment and identified Vista Enterprise Portfolio (UK) Limited as the liable entity.

I also became concerned by the number of connected companies, trading names and company changes involved, and by practices which I believe raise serious consumer protection and transparency concerns. I have reported these concerns to Trading Standards and Companies House.

Despite the dispute and court proceedings, I continue to receive payment demands for sums that I do not accept are owed.

My experience was one of poor communication, lack of transparency and unnecessary court involvement. I would strongly advise anyone considering signing up to make sure they know exactly which legal entity they are contracting with and to keep copies of all correspondence and terms.

The toddler classes are fab. The equipment is fantastic and the environment is bright and friendly. My little one loves joining in the warm up song and putting the bells away after the song is done.

We recently held our 6 year olds birthday party at the gymnastics academy. He absolutely loved it. The team were organised, friendly and great with the children. Everything ran smoothly. We will absolutely be back.

Staff are fab, each child is recognised for hard work and determination each week with certificates and star of the week. Enough staff to make sure that the children aren't sitting around for too long waiting their turns. Both my daughters have been coming since November 2026 and love it. My 4yo daughter was timid and really shy, now because of gymnastics academy she is bursting with confidence :)im always recommending GA to other parents

Spoke with the management team when I was experiencing some issues, his name was Chris and he was very helpful and managed to sort all my issues on the phone with ease.

Worst place for a child
Worst place for a child, my daughter attended the Leeds centre. No heating during the winter , freezing cold on the mats and the place is dirty. We paid for premium membership which comes with a shirt and never received any. They keep taking money without providing the basic service. The only time they answer call is when your payment is due.!!!Please avoid !!!
