They never sent the package (but they took the money) they since have ignored my emails and Facebook messages! It’s been 2-3 months

An excellent and well organised company
An excellent and well organised company. I bought sunblock for my cat after trawling around the net. They seemed very good on price so I ordered.
I was informed to expect a delivery in a week under the present situation which I thought was fair but it surprised me when it came within 3 days which prompted me to ask the question why I am still awaiting for goods I've ordered from other on-line retailers for over a month and them quoting the delay on this lockdown; I think they should try other excuses for a poor service and take a leaf out of The Pet Friends book for efficiency.
