Thermal Grizzly Opiniones 

Problem: Wireview verflüssigt sich in meiner RTX 3090.
Lösung: ich zahle den Versand und Thermal Grizzly repariert meine ATX-Anschlüsse.

Es wäre viel zu einfach. Der erste Kontakt zum Support war positiv, man ging auf das Problem ein und versicherte mir eine Reparatur binnen eines Tages. Nach einer Woche warten hörte ich dann doch einmal nach, was mit meiner Karte so los ist. Die Antwort kam schnell, die Karte wird morgen an mich zurückgeschickt. Nunja, der vereinbarte Tag ist damit erstmal nicht erfüllt, aber der Knaller kommt noch.
Man teilte mir mit, dass im Rahmen des Austauschs der ATX-Stecker auf KULANZ die Wärmeleitpads erneuert wurden. Der Ram würde jedoch sehr warm werden, sie packen mir noch Pads für die Backplate ein.

Ich war doch leicht verstutzt, kam mir diese Vorgehensweise relativ unprofessionel vor, bezüglich Pads erneut verwenden etc. Ich selbst fummele nicht an meiner Graka rum, deshalb auch meine Aufforderung diese dann gefälligst auch zu tauschen. Die mitgeteilten Temperaturen waren auch jenseits von dem was ich in den letzten Monaten beobachtet und geloggt habe. Der Fehler, warum ich überhaupt den Wireview genauer betrachtet habe, hatte sich in den letzten Monaten mit Bildaussetzern bemerkbar gemacht und die Temperatur ist immer der erste Schritt. Am nächsten Tag versicherte man mir dann, dass alle Wärmeleitpads getauscht wurden.

Als die Karte dann ankam und genauer von mir inspiziert wurde, entdeckte ich, dass das Wärmeleitpad der Stromversorgung unter der Backplate keinen Kontakt zu den Kondensatoren hatte und gut 1mm Luft zwischen dem an der Backplate klebenden Wärmeleitpad und den zu kühlenden Komponenten war. Die Backplate in Richtung Bildschirmausgänge nach unten gebogen.

Meine Mail wurde bisher (seit 5 Tagen) nicht beantwortet. Telefonisch gibt es keine Möglichkeit zur Kontaktaufnahme bzw. man bekommt einen Anrufbeantworter.

Der nächste Schritt ist ein Gutachten und die Rechtsschutz.

I made an ordering mistake and they not only helped me fix it for free, but went above and beyond.

I chose this brand because I wanted to support German manufacturing. I'd seen the videos of their factory before, so I believed they had the capacity to make their own thermal paste.
On the product page for Duronaut it does not mention where the product is manufactured, but the website does have an "About Us" page which has a big headline saying "MADE IN GERMANY".
When I inspected the product I received, there is still no label on the package saying "made in" anywhere, only "engineered in Germany".
What did come with the product was a piece of paper with Chinese text on it, so I am forced to assume that it is yet another Chinese import.

The product arrived quickly and seems to work without issue, and I have no complaints about it thus far.
But I could have bought any thermal paste if I wanted something that just worked.

Kundenservice reagiert bei Fragen super schnell und hat richtig Ahnung von den Produkten. Wenn man als Anwender unsicher ist ist man hier an der richtigen Stelle.

Super Support. Schnelle Antwort, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Man bekommt schnell geholfen. Thermal Grizzly ist sehr entgegenkommend seiner Kunden gegenüber. Immer wieder gerne. Kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen.

Thermal Grizzly hat klasse Produkte, wenn man aus seinem Highend Gaming PC noch das letzte Fünkchen an Leistung heraus kitzeln möchte und zeitgleich noch die Komponenten besser schützt.
Ich habe den Contact Frame in Verbindung mit dem Kryosheet und bin mit dem Resultat mehr als zufrieden. Und zu wissen "nie wieder Wärmeleitpaste erneuen" ist schon cool.

Und als ich zur Montage ein.. zwei Fragen hatte: Support angemailt und fast instant kam eine freundliche und sehr gut erklärte Antwort 👍🏻

Wäre schön wenn man dieses Maß an Qualität-, was Produkte UND Kundenservice angeht, häufiger erleben würde.

Wireview Pro 2 , firstly what a company to deal with excellent support, customer service and delivery time and how easy the Wireview Pro 2 is to set up and get protecting my gpu. Its so great to see such enthusiasm for personal computing and the enthusiasts that want them to stay personal. Keep up the fantastic work thankyou.

I can't speak highly enough of this German based company. I own of their original Wireview's that has a bug in the firmware/software that means the tiny OLED screens was always-on, which cause burn in.

After sending me 3 replacement units, the third one came with the updated firmware. I offered to send my old one back and the other 2x brand new units and they said just to keep them :-)

I only contacted TG after I wasn't able to get anywhere with the Uk reseller (WatercoolingUK).

Ich habe eine AMD TG Delidded CPU (9800X3D) erworben und nach über einem Jahr einen Bios Error Code (00) beim Booten erhalten. Dabei habe ich erstklassigen Support von Thermal Grizzly erhalten:
- Emails wurden blitzschnell beantwortet
- Es wurde eine Fehleranalyse des gesamten Systems (Mainboard, SSD, RAM, CPU) angeboten sollte die CPU nicht das Problem gewesen sein
- Bei der Fehleranalyse hat sich herausgestellt dass tatsächlich die CPU defekt ist und sie wurde trotz ihres Alters von über einem Jahr ohne weiteres sofort ersetzt
- Die Mail über das Ergebnis der Fehleranalyse habe ich am gleichen Tag erhalten an dem das System bei Thermal Grizzly angekommen ist
- Die CPU wurde direkt im eingeschickten Mainboard ausgetauscht inkl. Auftrag von neuem Flüssigmetall und dem Einbau des Heatspreaders
- Ich habe eine kostenlose Beigabe von Duronaut erhalten
- Eine insgesamt wirklich schnelle Abwicklung. Vom eingeschickten System bis Rückerhalt: 12 Tage

Wireview Pro 2 bestellt, wie angegeben geliefert.

Heute eingebaut, getestet und alles läuft.

Gibt meiner 5090 direkt ein besseres Gefühl.

I cannot praise Thermal Grizzly and der8auer enough. They are genuinely amazing people who truly care about their community.
I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Paul from the support team, and he is an absolute legend. He helped me through numerous questions, was incredibly patient, and always ended our chats by wishing me a great week ahead. It’s rare to find that level of genuine kindness in tech support today.
What really blows me away is their integrity. Even after the recent copper/aluminum/steel scam that hit der8auer and the company, they haven't changed their "customer first" philosophy. They still offer replacements even when it clearly costs the company more than the customer originally paid. They even sent me a replacement product before asking for the original back—that level of trust in the customer is unheard of.
I also have to mention the Delta Mate (B-Grade) Astral water block. They list it as "B-Grade," but honestly, it’s a new grade entirely. I received mine on 1/4/26 and it looks brand new. The packaging was perfect, the block is flawless with zero scratches, and nothing was missing. They are selling these cheaper as B-Grade when they could easily pass for A-Grade; it feels like they prioritize our satisfaction over their own profit margins.
If you’re on the fence, trust this company. Go support der8auer on YouTube and show them the appreciation they deserve. They are a legendary team operating with a level of heart you just don't see anymore.

Deltamate ROG Astral 5090 waterblock is just awesome. Quality, ease of assembly, looks amazing and the thermal performance is just wild. I didnt have even the slightest of ideas what my 5090 Astral was capable off before watercooling it. With this block, gpu temps wont restrict your performance. Its pricey, but worth every penny and after seeing the benfits, feels almost like bargain. Exellent product!

Avoid for Laptops – My GPU is fried

"I am a hardware enthusiast and wanted to optimize the temperatures of my laptop (Aero 5 with RTX 3060) using Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut. Huge mistake.

Despite taking every precaution, this liquid metal is a ticking time bomb for laptops. Its extreme fluidity means that at the slightest movement or tightening issue, it seeps under plastic protections and creates micro-short circuits invisible to the naked eye.

The result: My GPU got stuck with a 'Code 43' (Windows safety shutdown). Even after a meticulous cleaning, the damage was done: an electronic component on the motherboard physically fried. My PC is currently at a repair shop for precision micro-soldering.

This product is far too risky for the temperature gains it offers, especially on components as dense as those in a gaming laptop. If you care about your hardware, stick to high-quality thermal paste. Thermal Grizzly should emphasize much more clearly that this product can destroy a machine in a fraction of a second.

Amazing product and amazing service. I used the putty pro to change the thermal pads from my RX 9070 XT and I've lost 7 degrees so far.

There was a little issue from the delivery service from Germany to the UK that cause my address to be transformed from Flat 1, 79 ...to Flat 179 ... but I managed to fix the issue with my delivery service.
