I've been a long-time supporter of Thermal Grizzly and have used many of their products over the years—primarily their thermal pastes. Most recently, I purchased the new Duronaut, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. What consistently stands out to me is the exceptional quality of their products and the way the brand presents them to the public.

I also appreciate the variety of thermal solutions available, catering to different needs and setups. While I haven’t always ordered directly from the official site, I’ve purchased from various Romanian retailers, and every time, I’ve received exactly what I expected—reliable, high-quality products that deliver.

Waren sind Top! Anleitungen sind leicht verständlich und das benötigte Werkzeug ist auch gleich mit dabei (Contact Frame). Support ist sehr kompetent und antworten lassen auch nicht lange auf sich warten! Nur zu empfehlen!

Zum Köpfen meiner CPU und Installation eines neuen Heatspreaders habe ich mir alle Tools im Thermal Grizzly Shop bestellt. Der Versand erfolgt schon wenige Stunden nach Kauf. Des Weiteren wurden meine Fragen per Mail, zur Hilfe mit dem Umbau, nahezu sofort und kompetent beantwortet. Mehr geht nicht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I love thermal grizzly as a brand. And even if something goes wrong they are always open for feedback and in how to solve the problem.

Another purchase of thermal grizzly products lapping tool for more advanced users, yet made so easy and simple and safer to use with everything included in the package for low price! Got to love their products. Make your modding and cooling even better and more precise!

I've had the opportunity to use several Thermal Grizzly products, and while they come at a premium price, their performance is second to none. My personal favorite is the Kryosheet, which completely resolved the thermal issues I faced with my Ryzen 9 7950X when I first installed it. Its exceptional thermal conductivity ensured my CPU ran cooler and more stable, even under demanding workloads.

Now, I’ll admit I’m a bit of an odd one I exclusively use Thermal Grizzly products for both my gaming rig and my mining setup. Even with their higher price tag, the quality they deliver makes it worthwhile. Sometimes, you just need the best, and that’s where Thermal Grizzly shines.

I just started diving into Thermal Grizzly's contact plates, Heat spreaders, And direct die cooling blocks. The level of attention to detail, Machining tolerances, And scientific study that goes into them are top notch and well worth the money. I have also had nothing but a great experience when emailing their customer service with questions.

I became aware this company when I decided to build a high end gaming PC (2023, 13900KS, RTX 4090). This company was frequently mentioned by other multi-million sub sites like Gamer Nexus and JayZ; not to mention the owner's own site Der8auer aka Roman Hartig who is a chief engineer and owner.

In fact, I think I got everything in the build right (not easy for a first build). Custom aluminum support scaffold for the 12V600W power and custom BIOS/UEFI config to prevent silicon degenerative voltage spikes. The customization I neglected was a German precision engineered LGA1700 Contact Frame along KryoSheet (as I am old and don't want lift this monster again).

I have yet to install the two products. However, I am writing to say that the staff of Thermal Grizzly were very helpful in answering my technical questions. Precise answers and emails returned in 10 minutes. The pricing completely reasonable for German quality engineering (made in Germany).

Florian (the customer service rep dealing with my case) was polite and pleasant throughout, and dealt with my issue perfectly. I couldn't have wished for more.

I reached out to Thermal Grizzly about severe thermal issues with my used Gigabyte RX 6900 XT Gaming OC, and I was blown away by the level of support I received. My GPU's hotspot temperatures were dangerously high (peaking at 115°C with an average of 108.5°C), and I wasn’t sure how to address the problem effectively. Their response was thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful.

This included recommending their KryoSheet for the GPU die (confirming the correct thickness of 0.2mm) and their Minus Pad 8 thermal pads for VRAM and VRM components, specifying the exact thicknesses (1.5mm for VRAM, 1.0mm for VRMs, and 2.0mm for the backplate). It’s rare to see such tailored advice.
