A friend purchased a variety of items from Thermal Grizzly from contact frames for our 7000 series AMD CPU's to a delid kit, direct die heatspreaders and liquid metal for our 9000 series AMD CPU's. The whole process of every item was excellent and the level of quality of all of the products is exceptional!
I contacted their support team via the webpage after opening my system later to find an odd look to the liquid metal and the dies. They were very helpful in their recommendations and it turned out my friend and I hadn't polished off all of the original solder completely - which reacted with the liquid metal. After following their instructions, I'm back up and running quickly and easily. Thank you to the whole team!!! And thank you Roman for your great workshop tour videos with Steve from Gamers Nexus! Amazing seeing how everything is made!

Es ist immer schön zu sehen, wenn unsere Produkte wie Duronaut und TG Putty genau das erreichen, wofür sie entwickelt wurden. Eine Temperaturverbesserung von 8–9 °C auf deiner KFA2 RTX 3060 ist ein hervorragendes Ergebnis und zeigt, wie viel Einfluss gutes Thermal-Interface-Material haben kann.

I have heard German engineering is the best. Well i have to say after using your product u raised the bar even more and gave my "sort of" golden sample 4080 new life with thermal compound that fixes manufacturer issues. (Phasesheet PTM) saved my Gpu from going full tilt when starting CP2077 to silent. hotspot from 105.3c to 82.2 on furmark is no little feat but you bastards did it.

A reduction from 105°C to around 82°C under FurMark is an excellent result and exactly what the material is designed to achieve in situations where conventional thermal paste suffers from pump-out over time.

I have been using Thermal Grizzley products for years now, with thermal paste's and liquid metal.
This year i have started to use there water cooling fittings and water blocks, with great success so far.
i have even been using there wireview products( I have a Pro 2 ON my RTX5090).

Absolute scam product Carbonaut - to be binned.
Absolute scam product, Carbonaut Thermal Pad.
Purchased this as it was promoted as the best thing since sliced bread, Looks and sounds like a great idea until you find that the size does not match the CPU, so you are advised to CUT it to size, Ha ha. Upon handling the pad "gently" attempted to cut with sharp scissors, this is very difficult as the Pad is extremely thin. I placed the Pad flat on a clean surface and it decided to fold on one corner, when trying to unfold to lay it flat the whole pad started to disintegrate. What a waste of £20. i'm going back to using paste, it has worked for years so who needs these pathetic Pads.
I have been building PC's for years and have never come across such a garbage product.
I will never purchase anything from Thermal grizzly again.

To clarify: Carbonaut can be cut with scissors, as stated by us. The issue described did not occur because of cutting itself, but because the pad folded and was then unfolded. Carbonaut is extremely thin, and bending, folding, or trying to flatten it again after it has creased can cause damage or disintegration.
For best handling, the pad should be positioned carefully without folding.

Geschädigtes Kryosheet Tausch
Gekauft habe ich ein Kryosheet. Ich hatte Probleme beim anbringen des Kühlers und habe wegen Temperaturen vermutet, dass ich dabei das Kryosheet geschädigt habe. Ich habe TG geschrieben und sie haben mir kostenlos ein Ersatz geschickt. 10/10 Weiterempfohlen! (die Leistung ist auch crazy gut)

Great Customer Service and Product Support
I had some issues with the direct die block on first install. TG was very quick to respond do my questions and provided great customer support throughout. They even sent me some LM for my trouble! 100% would recommend these guys, they really care and are true enthusiasts in this space.

I had an issue with the thermal paste I bought, and I've got to say TG really listened. They asked me for some details and within a few hours a replacement was Fed Exed to me from Germany, express.

Great customer service, compassionate staff
I’ve had a really unlucky streak with AIO coolers lately, and because of that I ended up going through several Kryosheets.
Out of the first three I bought, I only managed to install one properly.
That one worked extremely well, hitting around 76°C under full load on my AMD 9950X3D at 200 watts.
Then the AIO pump died the same day, and everything started falling apart from there.
Between defective coolers, awkward pump designs, pads shifting out of place and a lot of trial and error, I accidentally damaged a few sheets.
None of this was the product’s fault at all.
I explained the whole story to the company, mainly hoping they would understand why I had gone through so many, hoping to get a discount.
They went far beyond what I expected.
They offered to send me two new pads for free, even though every problem I had came from faulty AIO units and not their product.
Support like that is extremely rare today.
They didn’t have to help me at all, but they chose to, honestly made my week.
When you install Kryosheets correctly, the performance is fantastic.
After using them, I honestly don’t want to go back to thermal paste again.
This kind of customer service builds real trust.
