Thermal Grizzly Opiniones 

Habe den Support kontaktiert, weil ich eine recht komplizierte Frage zu meinem Setup bzw. dem PhaseSheet hatte, alles wurde beantwortet und die anschließende Lieferung ging auch erfreulich schnell. So muss das laufen!

Die Thermal Grizzly Prtodukte sind zwar nicht billig, aber ihr Geld mehr als wert und haben bei mir messbare Temperaturreduktionen gebracht. Nach einem Missgeschick bei der Montage war der Support sehr hilfreich, freundlich und kulant. Super!

Nachdem mein Wireview Adapter an der Stromseite geschmolzen ist wand ich mich an den Support von Thermal Grizzly. Noch am gleichen Tag meldete sich Herr Eggers bei mir zurück und bot mir an ein neues Wireview mir zu senden. Der Support ist wirklich eine 10/10.

Sehr guter Support. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Kryosheet und habe mich an den Support gewendet. Habe ein neues Kryosheet bekommen und eine dazugehörige Beratung. Weiter so!

Nachdem meine Grafikkarte wegen verschmortem 12VHpwr Anschluss kaputt ging und auch der Thermal Grizzly WireView Adapter davon betroffen war, hat Thermal Grizzly die Reparatur quasi als Garantieleistung übernommen.

Sehr sehr positiv ist dabei festzuhalten, dass Thermal Grizzly nach erfolgreicher Reparatur nicht nur Fotos von der Operation der Grafikkarte geschickt hat, sondern zusätzlich zur Reparatur die Wärmeleitpaste gegen ein wartungsfreies Kryosheet ausgetauscht hat.
Zusätzlich wurden auch Fotos von anschließender Leistungstests zugeschickt.

Auch der E-Mail Support von Herrn Eggers von Thermal Grizzly ist sehr nett, hervorragend und kompetent aufgefallen.

Insgesamt hat der gesamte Vorgang etwa 2 Wochen gedauert, was heutzutage als sehr schnell zu betrachten ist.

As a faithful customer of their products (Contact frame, thermal paste and LM) and having to deal recently with their customer support, I can only say that Florian, Roman and both TG R&D and support teams definitively ROCK !

Early this year i had a very good experience with the support of this company. Iam using many products from them, like Kryonaut paste or a Delide-Die-Mate.
The reason for my experience and this review was an critical failure that happend. Some parts of my PC lost there function, involved an WireView. At first it seemed to be the reason for the failure, so i contacted the support an got a fast response in a few hours. No sign of rejection or disbelief, a personal response with empaphy and great assistence in this situation. A couple of very helpfull mails and pictures later i had to send in not only the WireView but the other pc-part involved. A good desicion for analysing a problem, in this case there was a unexpected detail that made the WireView incompatible to my parts. This detail could be realised by me, any other company or there support would take advantage of this fact and send back my stuff.
At this point we wrote maybe 10 mails with pictures and an adventurous delivery of my parts (not part of Thermal Grizzly) over two weeks.
The best part is, with my consense they found the incompatibilty of both parts, repaired my stuff, changed it in a way it will work with the WireView.
All this were comunicated per mail, with pictures and explainations.
To be clear, that was not an easy task, they invested quite some time, parts (they had to order) and therefore money. They altered per cnc a part of my stuff and it came out great.

At this point we are beyond support. In my own experiences of the years not only in my own buisness but the pc-industry i never had anything like this.
They send me an new Wireview, my complete tested repaired stuff and some goodies back to me and charged me nothing. Nothing i had ever expected, period.
To be totally clear, in the end it was my fault and Thermal Grizzly didnt care less. Other companies would have taken the first sign of user error and you would be out of the window.

My best part of 2024, period. Thank you Thermal Grizzly. My best regards to the support. I regained some faith here in the industry.

Great support team had a couple questions and had super quick answers and were precise and gave good details then also I’m using the conductonaut extreme lm on a 7950x3d it sucked 40c off the cpu in about 30 seconds with a 360mm aio. I also have a msi suprim liquid x 4090 which had some vram temp issues so I went through replaced all the thermal pads with minus 8 pads and the thermal paste with the kryonaut extreme and it hasn’t gotten above 60c when it was hitting 85-90c

I found myself looking for a contact frame for my mini ITX mainboard with LGA1700 socket for Intel processors 12th gen. Gamers nexus mentioned thermal grizzly in one of their videos - so I went and checked their shop. Since the original frame wasn’t available I was looking for a different option. And I found one. The LT version. While reading the description of the product, I was wondering if my ITX mainboard was supported. I used their contact form and asked them late st night. And see and behold they responded within 12 hours !! That was fast! And further more they included a picture of my mainboard with marked details where the frame could come into contact with electrical components. (I mentioned the specific model of my mainboard). Awesome job - I am very satisfied with their support. Big thumbs up !!

Received my order the next day the contact frame works as advertised on my 14900k and has in fact reduced the temps slightly.
