The customer service from ordering the headboard was exactly as I would have wanted. I received a courtesy call the day after ordering and a follow up call a day later to arrange delivery. The time between order and delivery was less than a week and exceeded the advised date of up to 3. The Headboard is exactly as ordered. Very happy.

Ordered a new mattress on Saturday afternoon, it was delivered today (Tuesday)!!
Great communications from start to finish and a really good price! Free delivery as well!

Wanted a new headboard and these guys came up in my google search. Great price and easy to order. Kept me informed from order to delivery and had it in a couple of days. Not the sort of product you buy on a regular basis but I’d use them again and recommend anyone else to!

I had a query on the availability of an item. Someone answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. They checked with the supplier and confirmed the item was in stock. After I placed the order, someone rang me to clarify and explain the delivery process as I live in a 3rd floor flat. I was kept up to date with progression of the order and expected delivery date. The item arrived well packed. I checked it for damage but all looks good. I'm still waiting for my carpenter to install the item but I expect it to look good once it's in position

Great service and product delivered on time unpacked old mattress taken away. They were happy to explain the recycling process for old mattress very interesting

Very happy with purchase. Bed frame is sturdy and easy to foldout. Sizes accurate so fits my mattress perfectly and came assembled. ( instruction booklet implied could come in bits)
Purchased online and had good customer service - phone call to say received order, another to inform on delivery, which was 7 days later. Delivery tracking, friendly and happy to bring into house.

This is our 3rd (or 4th?) purchase from The Sleep Shop over the past decade.
Prices are good, phone support is great and items are delivered when they say they will.
The only minor issue is sometimes the website shows an item in stock when it is not.

When comparing prices, The Sleep Shop offered the best.
On enquiring about the product I was told they did not know the answer but would ring me back, which they did. This prompt response encouraged me to place the order. Following my order this was followed up with a courtesy call telling me they had received the order and they would inform me re delivery. When ready to deliver, this was arranged around my convenience.
Overall excellent service received from all departments involved.

Very easy to order. Communication excellent. Prompt delivery to room of choice - even put the mattress on the bed and took away all the packaging.
