It’s all Bessie many times before: an excellent professional organisation

Great range of wines to choose from at great prices. Free delivery by the society’s own van is my preference as drivers are professional and communication is excellent.

Great products delivered by a courteous and knowledgeable team. The customer service experience is faultless whether ordering a product or in the rare event that there’s a problem. Occasional coked wines credited without dispute and returns efficiently processed.

Excellent choices for all wine drinkers. Reasonable prices, and no delivery charges after becoming a member.

I think the WS is great for quality, choice, value and customer service.
The only reason I mark them down a notch is because if you don't get a WS driver you get DHL delivering.
And they are quite willing to regard leaving a box of wine on the pavement outside your house as delivered.

I felt the advertising of the 5% discount per case was misleading I did formally complain and to be fair got a prompt reply. However I think that reply hid behind "read the small print."
DHL ignored my 'safe place' and left the crate on the front step,in full view of passing motorists and pedestrians. The wine so far has been delicious and good value

Some very good things (1) mostly good selection of wine - one or two areas could be better (2) en-primeur offers / storage costs are low (3) if a wine is off or even if you it just wasn’t what you expected they will refund the price. No quibbles.

The wine Society is great because thier wines, beers and gifts are superb value and delivery is excellent, to your door. They also have great discounts and offers too.

Every was executed without issues and communications are good too.

I have been a member of the Wine Society for over 40 years, and never had a bad bottle.
In fact whenever I arranged events for an equally prestigious social organisation I always sourced the wines , often very expensive, from the Wine Society.
