Fantastic wines for a very good price , fast free delivery and superb customer service

I have been a member of the Wine Society for over 40 years, and never had a bad bottle.
In fact whenever I arranged events for an equally prestigious social organisation I always sourced the wines , often very expensive, from the Wine Society.

Over some sixty years of Membership I have consistently found The Society to provide excellent service and a reliable variety of wine. Over the years it has changed it offering as needed to meet new avenues of wine production and public tastes. I’m not aware of another wine supplier anywhere the offering of which betters that provided by The Society

The Wine Society have the best customer service ever. Real people who answer the phone straight away and could not be more helpful, their own vans with polite, friendly drivers, and the best quality and value wines ever. What's not to like!

One negative - too many e-mails. I have been a member for many years and understand why you do this to attract others to a dizzying array of wines, but I find them too frequent.
At last this year you have some light pink roses. It's taken a long time to get there!

Every time I order wine from the wine society with DHL delivery, the delivery is delayed. Several times this has been because the wine has been dropped and the bottles broken. No idea why it is delayed this time (2 days delay and counting) - most likely the same reason. While Wine Society replaces the broken bottles, it is starting to put me off ordering.

Superb choice and great value. Information is clear and helpful. Being able to schedule delivery is really handy.

Website is easy to navigate with the different categories displayed. The information is clear and any review scores clearly displayed. Selection is very easy enabling me to fill my basket quickly. Check out is made easy with my details securely stored. Combined with free delivery and a very short shipping time I am able to enjoy my purchases which come at a very reasonable price.

Always so interesting opening up on line or reading your literature. Wines are always excellent quality and I’ve tried wines I’ve never heard of when I buy a mixed case. I’m not knowledgeable, but you nearly always guide me through.

I live near to the Wine Society so can visit in person and select my wines from the showroom cellar. All the staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable so buying my wine there is a pleasurable experience.

Just about everything one does with the Wine Society is outstanding. Most importantly, the wines are well priced, no gimmicky promotions and good quality.
As members we can order as little as one bottle and it is delivered free of charge. That is unrivalled, as far as I'm aware.

The lady was ok,but when I asked about discount she said there wasn't any, but last time they gave me some, which was only a few weeks ago and the same wine.This is not very good as have been a member for years.

The wine arrived in perfect condition within the time slot given by the carrier. And the wine is great!
