Got money off using PAIGETY I ordered the perfect legs skin miracle! Was fab!

I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase 🙄 My order arrived without some serum I had expected spoke with Anika who advised me the bundle I had purchased did not include this even though when I had initially looked it did I had been offered a 10% discount when I placed my order but at no time was it apparent I was buying a different bundle so Anika’s solution was for me to return my order to them and reorder a bundle that is supposed to include the serum! OR I can purchase the serum at a cost of £46.00!! Making the order even more expensive that before the discount or the alternative bundle! What a joke! I asked for the details of the most high up member of staff she declined to give me their name eventually after insisting and asking her for the name of the owner of the company she actually had to ask someone in the office the persons name!!! I then advised I would return the order and would not be making a future order which was fine with her! She made me feel so valued as a customer ….. not! A real shame as the products do look good but now I have real doubts due to this lack of customer care bad attitude and I feel I was mislead so I’ll avoid this company if I were you!

Ordered the advanced red light system early July, it did not get delivered. Evri were good in updating the delivery information. Emailed This Works customer care, no response. After a week or so, I called them and the response and tone of the representative was so uncaring that I have actually decided to ask for a refund rather than get a replacement that was offered for non delivery. This is my second such experience with This Works customer service team. The products are quite good, the customer service appalling.

Absolutely fuming ...purchased it from their company. Vit c glow paid €14.50 shipping + tax ontop of item price ... Now ups are looking for €24.50 extra for international charges from Germany to Ireland. THIS MAKES THE PRODUCT DOUBLE THE PRICE ...NO WHERE DOES IT STATE THEIR WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES .How is this right within Europe. I could have purchased it in my local M&S if this was made clear to me at the point of purchase...😡 update....I contacted their customer service and they asked me to send proof of payment to ups .I did and they told me their are processing a refund for the ups charges 🤔. I will update if this doesn't come through

Placed an order for the light therapy and three bottles of the serum, when it came I realised I couldn’t use it as I have the onset of macular degeneration. I phoned and spoke to customer service, they sent me a returns label. I sent it back the next day, this was nigh on 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I spoke to customer service and was advised that he cannot check with the warehouse to see if it’s there and apparently they take a long time to let them know if it’s been received. I can’t afford to lose £148.00. Not great customer service.

I was a alittle dubious about ordering for the first time after reading some of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. From placing the order to the delivery, I was kept up to date of where my order was. It came within the said delivery time & the cream smells amazing. I look forward to hopefully seeing some improvements :-)

I love the my wrinkles extreme moisturizer cream for day and night. I went through my first couple jars of both and now I am back to purchase more. I also bought more of the stress check kind hands moisturizer. I have to say that I am surprised that people don't like the scent of these products. I LOVE the way they smell. Interestingly, I am prone to be allergic to many perfumes (I can't tolerate Eminence products that are supposed to be natural and organic. I have a terrible allergic reaction to them.) but NONE of the ThisWorks products cause me any problems - only serenity and wrinkle resistance. I love it.

Do not buy this works off of Amazon! They are fakes I brought the real thing from lookfantastic and it's brilliant,Amazon's smells funky and different consistency

I love this company’s products and order gifts as well as for myself. Today I received an order delivered by Evri and the products came damaged clearly not the fault of this works but by Evri themselves. I emailed the pictures and then spoke to a very helpful young lady at this works called Libby who straight away sorted the problem for me by offering to resend the item out to myself though Royal Mail she was polite and very friendly nothing was too much trouble for her.I have to say well done this works Libby is a credit to your lovely company and thank you so much for making my problem not be a problem at all. Very good hand and nail cream, unfortunately the Pump packaging is not suitable for the product
The cream is so thick it stays around the edge and when the container is half full nothing comes up the pump.
I had to cut open the container and got the cream into another container. It’s too much to waste

Just got my order this week and very disappointed. It absolutely stinks, nothing eucalyptus or coconut about it, just a musty smell

The customer service experience was excellent

I ordered some products for Xmas gifts and they were despatched very quickly but then appeared to be lost by EVRI

I contacted Customer Services who replied promptly and asked that I allow a few more days

When package still didn’t arrive they quickly despatched a replacement using a different courier which was quickly received

A week later the original order was delivered to a collection point by EVRI

I let customer service know and they very kindly told me to keep them at no charge

I look forward to trying the products for myself! And big thank you to Fabi for the excellent customer service

Had a worse nights sleep than previously.
Smells horrible, made my skin itch.

Tried This Works in transit camera close up. Awful smell was the first thing that hit me. Then within an hour of using it the skin under my eyes was very red, swollen and sore. Returning it

Before buying a product, check if you really like the smell. My wife wanted to use Perfect Legs Butter, but after 3 tries, the horrible smell made me ask her to stop using it. It smells like a drug, like some herbs smoked in the ghettos, an unbearable, very intense smell that irritates your nostrils and soul.

Using this works gradual leg tan really pleased with results
Absolutely no streaks goes on easy dark brown when goes on but leaves a lovely golden tan
Smell is s not unpleasant
Never believed reviews but it does what it says 👍

Balanced Fragrances, I find it hard to sleep usually but the Sleep + spray and candle work well.. no need for pills

My first order from This Works. Absolutely love the Perfect Legs Body Butter. Customer Service is fabulous ! Very happy ! Thank you 😀
