I purchased items on my Visa card 13 Oct. A week later, my card was hacked and an attempt to process a high value item was blocked as fraudulent by my card supplier. In view of the limited usage of this card, I suspected thisworks was the source. When challenged, they were adamant that their systems were secure. An email on 30 November from their customer service said that “a third party gained unauthorised access to the online ordering system of thisworks from 5th September until 19th October 2017”.

Brilliant products and amazing customer service. I last received an order from them where half of the items had gone missing along the way (you could see the box had been opened). Not only did they send out replacements, but they sent me some extra samples as a gesture of goodwill. Certainly recommend!

Good products but wouldn't offer next day as they were doing a stock check until the end of the week. Ridiculous for a modern company that i'm assuming doesn't manufacture products in house. Also offered a discount on home page pop up for 15% in exchange for email but didn't work when at check out. Had to email and they confirmed it has expired. I had to basically contact them on two occasions for one order and now I won't be ordering. It's a shame as like i said they are good products. I also once bought a kit from an easy jet or Ryanair flight and it was missing one of the kit pieces. Kind of a massive let down really. Don't recommend.
