Had an order which unfortunately hadn't arrived and had been stuck with Hermes for a week. On contacting Hermes it seems they'd lost it. I contacted This Works, letting them know it was a gift and therefore urgent, and they came back quickly and sent a replacement via next day delivery which meant it came in time!

Excellent customer recovery from Lucia! I purchased some items and appeared to qualify for the free gist of a candle, which I was very excited about. However, when I applied the discount from thisworks, I failed to qualify for the free gift. I felt that was a case of "giving with one hand and taking away with the other".
I spoke to Lucia at thisworks and she kindly reinstated the free candle with my order - just arrived - gorgeous!

Lovely products, they smell great and really do work! Items are dispatched quickly, and their customer service is absolutely brilliant - every time I email with a query whether it's about an offer they're running or just how to use a product properly, they reply in a really short timeframe and with a really friendly manner. I've been impressed with every product bought and every email received.

Extremely poor experience.
Have ordered some products from their EU website and paid in EUR, however since shipping was done from OUTSIDE EU i received an invoice for a customs fee that exceeded the value of the goods. Obviously I am not interested in paying double for this so i have rejected the order - waste of time and money, and I do not recommend any EU customers to be shipping on this website.

Good product, bad customer service. Purchases through the website do not report significant customs fees. For the purchase of 1 product of +/- EUR 30 you pay almost as much in additional import costs (!). The best the customer service could report was:

EU customers therefore best buy these products through other websites of stores.

I have been sleeping much better since using the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, and it smells heavenly! The Stress Check Clean Hands Gel is the only hand sanitiser I've found that doesn't dry out my skin. I took off one star because they use Royal Mail second class delivery so parcels take a while to arrive after ordering.

If you are not in the UK expect to pay customs. Although the site states EU and you pay in Euros the products come from the UK and you are liable for the extra charges. My order cost me an extra 50%. Customer services sent me on a copy of the terms and conditions, don't get caught like I did. Won't be ordering from them again.

I bought a few items including the deep sleep pillow spray, these were gifts for other people. Unfortunately I hadn't received my order after the 10 days it said it may take to arrive with Covid having such a huge effect on practically everything. So I emailed customer services who responded first thing the following day (I emailed out of office hours) they were quick to resolve this and sent a replacement out with next day delivery.
I was very pleased with the outcome of my order and my query to them and won't hesitate to shop with This Works again and I can recommend the deep sleep pillow spray as I've used this several times before. Hasn't always helped me drift off quickly but seems to help me stay asleep when I do, and it smells incredible!

Got the deep sleep spray as a Christmas present for a friend who has had trouble sleeping for over 10 years. She has been using the deep sleep spray in the last week and said it has worked wonderfully. She has had a much deeper sleep and slept for 8-9 hours continuously in comparison to her usual intermittent 4-5 hours. This has made a huge impact on the quality of her work and mood as a result. Something so small has made a huge difference! Thank you!

I purchased the deep sleep body cocoon lotion and pillow spray as I was having problems sleeping. Neither product worked at all although I persisted with them for 3 weeks.
I noticed that this works offers a 30 day money back guarantee so I contacted the company. As I had bought the products from a reputable store rather than from them directly, they refused to honour their guarantee.
I really regret the £55 that I spent on these products and wish I had sent the money to charity instead.
Please do not waste your money on these products.

I have had to contact customer service recently and what a great team they have working for them sorted my delivery problem I minutes not like other companies I have had to deal with over Christmas

Bought via work so no problems with delivery.
I use deep sleep. I never believe in sleep products. And it doesn’t help me fall asleep. It does however work as it does put me in a much deeper sleep than without and I snore much louder apparently. Might need to get something for that now. But I wake up way more refreshed and sleep much more deeply which is great! Highly recommend the deep sleep spray.

I bought Deep sleep pillow spray. The product is good, but took far too long to arrive. I had been having problems sleeping because my Husband killed himself and a neighbour had bought me a small phial of the product which I was running out of. I would not order again, Boots make a similar product which I now use.

Complained about my candle which was faulty and dangerous to use. Customer service asked me a million questions - such as 'how did you light the candle, where did you light it' patronising to be honest. They told me to mail the candle back and they would investigate. Disgusting. I'm in lockdown and unable to do to the post office and it will cost a fortune to send the item back. So I won't bother and I won't but from these again! Shocking. As if the images I sent were not enough for them to send another!! They did not want to make things easy?!

I purchased the shampoo and conditioner after using at a Marriott Hotel and found that the shampoo makes my scalp break out and after checking more closely see many additive ingredients and that the “In Transit” line is made in China. My husband also experience scalp issues from the shampoo.

Mostly the products are great, but I bought a diffuser which stopped working within a month. I contacted customer services and got confirmation that my email had been received, but nobody responded. I have since contacted them twice more and each time been ignored, although I still get regular promotional emails.

Can't imagine going to bed without the pillow spray now.

I love the pillow spray smells absolutely Lush! Couldnt relax without it now. I will definitely order when this one runs out xxx

I ordered a sleep spray from these guys in 2017. I was added to their mailing list without my agreement. I made three written requests to be removed from their mailing list, all of which were ignored. I then called them in 2018 and threatened to go to the Information Commissioners Office. They assured me they would stop mailing me. What a LIE. I have still received their annoying and over priced product catalogue for the last year.Don't order anything from this company - once they have your details they will abuse them forever.

I found "This Works" while staying at a Radisson Blu during Christmas. I tried their shampoo, conditioner and body moisturiser made exclusively to the Hotel. It was so good, even just having the products on my hand, its light and you can tell its gentle and nourishing by touch. I came home from holiday and found out they have their products at Mecca. I tried samples and bought a few of their products like the eye cream, the breathe in's, the shower gel, make up remover pads, all of them have been wonderful. I've found my go to skin care products. I'm so grateful for you guys! Please make a shampoo and conditioner soon!
