Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Shahzil was super helpful in getting me the best deals. The network was down but Shahzil, Huma and did their best to get me a great price and new phone.

That was unbelievable how shahzil solve those problems which were not unable to solve phone customer service and live chat. They promised answer during 30 days. Shahzil did it within minutes. All thumbs up!

Assistant manager Huma and Shahzil went extra mile by staying an extra hour to help sort out the Home Broadband device I did not receive on time from DPD. Their patience and dedication are truly appreciated. Thank you both for your outstanding support.

Just been to 3 mobile shop in Chiswick gave me a great deal on honour tablet and sorted out my voice mail all staff very helpful include ING Phillip all very polite and helpful
