Extremely frustrating and stressful…
Extremely frustrating and stressful experience booking and changing flights with Tickets to India. I spoke with Baljit and Neha. After my mother passed away, we needed to bring our London–India flights forward and provided proof of death, but we were not offered any bereavement fare or alternative support options.
During the process we were sent incorrect passenger details (names) and incorrect dates, which created additional delays. We also experienced repeated price increases after we had already agreed to and paid an amount: we paid £350 for a flight initially quoted at £300, then the next day were told we needed to pay an additional £200 for the same itinerary, and later the same day the additional amount increased again.
On that same day, I could see new flights available for around £600, but the total we ended up paying was about £900 for the change.
When I asked to escalate to a manager, I was not given manager contact details, and the call transfer did not reach someone who identified themselves as a manager. Overall, I felt pressured and unsupported during a bereavement situation. After many years of using this agency, I won’t be using them again

We are of course very sorry to hear about your mother's passing. On behalf of the whole team here, please accept our sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and your family for your loss.
With regards to bereavement fares, as you may appreciate, as an agent we can only offer whatever is available and we would certainly have done so if this had been a possibility.
Concerning the price paid for the date change, as explained to you by Neha, she made an error with the quote and despite her best efforts to be able to secure the tickets at the agreed price, this was not possible. At this point, Neha offered to refund what you had already paid if you did not want to proceed but you opted (understandably, given the circumstances) to proceed with the date change. We can only apologise for the error on the part of Neha and assure you that this was a genuine mistake.
With regards to the prices that you saw for new flights, unfortunately it is not as simple as comparing like for like as when doing date changes the seats need to be booked in a certain class. Again, we apologise if this was not better explained to you by the team.
We very much appreciate your loyalty to Tickets to India over the years and would be sorry to lose you as a customer. We do hope that you may yet reconsider booking with us again.

Denied Check-in: Air India had no record of my booking from Tickets to India"I am extremely disappointed and…
I am writing this to warn other travelers about a serious issue I experienced with Tickets to India
I arrived at the airport for my Air India flight, but when I tried to check in, the airline staff informed me that they had not received passenger confirmation from this agency. Despite having a booking confirmation from Tickets to India, my name was not on the airline's manifest.
It is unacceptable for an agency to take payment and issue a confirmation without actually securing the seat with the airline. I am requesting an immediate explanation and a full refund for the service failure.

Flight Cancellation
I had to cancel my booking because of the Visa related issue. I got the Refund Shield by paying extra as well, Unfortunately the T&C does not include Visa issue as emergency reason I had end up losing 320pounds.
But later Mr.Baljit made sure I get some money-back being a loyal customer, he tried his best to help me.
They really care about their customer satisfaction.

We are sorry to hear that Refund Shield did not cover you for cancelling your ticket after your visa issue was resolved. Unfortunately, Tickets to India has no control over what is refundable and the terms and conditions for Refund Shield are shown on the website at the time the customer selects this option. As you will appreciate, it is essential that customers read the Refund Shield terms and conditions before purchase, particularly when relying on this in the case of a specific set of circumstances.
As you will be aware from your conversation and correspondence with our Refund team, the situation would have been the same whether you had booked with the airline, with ourselves or indeed with any other agent.
With regards to date changes, again Tickets to India has no control over these costs as all quotes for date changes are based upon live availability and pricing at the time of re-booking.

So straight away on phone when Sandy K answered the call. Good a complaint , to not even get a acknowledgement after chasers. No manager or regulation in this company. They make mistakes and take your money without any accountability. This company needs to be reported to the FCA for mismanagement and use of customer funds

Irresponsible. Never use them even if they are a few quid cheaper.
Booked with them return tickets in February 2025 to fly on 21st December 2025. Airline informs them about flight being rescheduled but ticketstoindia.com never bothered to convey it to us, despite the fact that they had all the contact details. We reached the Airport and were sent back without any recompense. Ref. EBP No. 830688 Airline Reference/ PNR STB3JF

Many thanks for providing your booking reference details which has enabled us to trace your booking.
Our team has checked the booking history and can see that this was a last minute change made by Turkish Airlines. As you will appreciate, we have no control over such changes and would not have had the opportunity to let you know given the late notification. In addition, airlines would normally contact the passenger directly when there is a last minute change as the customer's contact details are included in the PNR.
We do, of course, appreciate your frustration with what happened and if you have not already done so, we would suggest contacting Turkish Airlines to register your complaint.
