My son bought a Tv from EBay at the weekend when they had a 15% discount event on which required the purchase to be over £9-99 and within certain dates. Unfortunately, although he tried, he wasn’t able to apply the code and therefore the discount wasn’t deducted at checkout.EBay would not help, but Cheap-Electricals offered a partial refund of £20 this morning as a goodwill gesture. Their help and understanding was excellent. The refund was unexpected but very much appreciated. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this company. In this world of poor after sales it is very reassuring to find a company that cares. I highly recommend Cheap-Electricals.

I have bought a lot of items from this company through ebay and found them to be brilliant. The items are well described and usually in a much better condition that the description. If anything is not right they are very quick to respond and arrange a return if appropriate. The postage and packaging is really quick and efficient. I really cant fault them.

Bough an electrical gadget of their eBay store, item was dispatched the same day as I paid in the morning and it was with me the next day. Outstanding dispatch and delivery timings. I then bought a second item few weeks later, as I was impressed with the service. Second item had few extra faults, not mentioned in the item description, so I reached out to their aftersales via Ebay and didn't hear anything back. Ended it using their email and customer assistant realised their eBay store messages were not fully forwarded to the external mailboxes. After speaking to Katarzyna over email, she was able to quickly offer a resolution. I was beginning to worry about their after sales support, but things got sorted promptly once the communication channel was established. I would definitely recommend this seller and have saved them as a favourite and will be buying from them with confidence in the future. Highly recommended seller. Katazyna was fantastic at dealing with my issue. I bought a vacuum, it arrived very quickly, was really well packaged. Unfortunately when I went to use it the rollers did not turn. Contacted the seller, easy link to send the hoover back was sent to me. As soon as they received it I was instantly refunded. Katazyna kept me updated throughout via email. I have since purchased other products from this seller and they have been great. Really good customer service. Thanks for making this so easy!

Have never used this company before and l can only say it is a true pleasure doing business with them. What brought arrived on time and was supplied with lots of information about what was happaning every step of it being delivered. Had a small problem with a missing part and Katarzyna was more than helpful resolving this. I cant recommened this company anymore than this.

I recently had a minor issue with an order, and the customer service team at TLX—specifically Julie—was absolutely fantastic. When the initial solution didn't quite go as planned, she proactively offered multiple generous options to make things right. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure a fair and happy resolution. Polite, helpful, and highly professional. I would highly recommend buying from them!

So i ordered a mobile phone which was the wrong one sent..tried several times calling customer services who dont answer i left emails and used their whatsapp but recieved about three messages but my problem hasnt been resolved..theyre quick enough to take your money but as soon as you need help theres none
