I had a problem with my dehumidifier and when I contacted customer services both Anita and Raven were extremely helpful arranging to collect it and get it repaired. When it couldn’t be repaired they arranged for me to get my dehumidifier replaced very quickly. Thank you.

I want to share my experience so others can benefit as well. I bought my first microwave from them two years ago, and it performed very well. Now, I'm buying another one from them, which I ordered in January 2025. My initial purchase was in 2021.

The delivery was exceptionally quick, the price was reasonable, and the item was well-packaged and maintained. The customer support was responsive, and overall, the service was excellent. I highly recommend them; I had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely buy from them again.

Samsung A15, the device had an intermittent fault, returned the device with no hassle at all and the customer service where clear with instructions and refund provided within 3 days of posting device.
