Topps Tiles Opiniones

A very friendly and welcoming store. Andy at Topps, BOSTON, he does not apply hard sell tactics and was extremely helpful during my visit. He has great knowledge and has infectious enthusiasm in his role.
I'm not sure I have yet found what I'm looking for but won't hesitate on a return visit if required.

Received great service from Dan. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for quality and value.

TOPPS Tiles in Sale are brilliant! I’m a DIY tiler but the staff treat me with just as much respect as the pro tilers. They are super helpful and always willing to give advice. Special shout out to Carl who was very patient in tracking down a previous sale so they could give me a refund on stuff I’d over-estimated on (and I’d lost the receipt).

manager was excellent. Love the tiles .Just need to work with the delivery company as they caused all the issues

Only popped into the wellingbrough store to get some ideas on a project, ended up walking out with everything i needed, Graham was very helpful!!!

Richard from Boucher Road in Belfast was a great help when taking our order. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Appalling service at Staples Corner branch. Placed order for delivery within 5 days. Two weeks later contacted branch and no order there. Had to reorder.

Sarah in the Rutherglen/shawfield branch was lovely and a great help and helped us every step of the way. It was our first time there and made it a very friendly and relaxing experience.

Thanks Sarah

Topps Tiles Amersham - Ela & Chantelle - were so helpful and patient through multiple changes of plans! Tiles look great but would happily go back again as the staff were so helpful!

Had a great experience with their Blackburn store. Spoke to a guy called G who offered me a great price and next delivery. My LVT arrived next day as promised

Arrived at the Worcester store with an urgent request for tiles to go for the tiler at our home having been let down by another tile supplier.
Sheena and Adrian were very helpful and allowed us to try tiles inside and outside under different light. No pressure No hurry just helpful service.

Excellent customer service today at the Worcester Branch today! Angie was very helpful!

Great customer service

Friendly, low pressure staff available to help. Layout in store makes it easy to browse. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great range of products and online and in store options

Helpful, polite and very knowledgeable

Excellent service from the Topps Tiles team at the Stanley Green store - guided me on good choices for my project, I was able to pick up the details for an excellent local tiler who I could trust with my project, and great after-service, taking back the whole packet of excess tiles.

Came into the Yeovil Store today and was greeted very pleasantly by a young girl I believe called Jess. She helped me get what I needed which wasn’t much. But her conversation with me made me feel very welcomed in store to which has prompted me to write this review. I noticed she was on her own in such a big store as well. I don’t know what management is doing but it can’t very organised if she is having to be doing this by herself. Thank you Jess for making it a pleasant shopping experience.

Topps Tiles (Hemel Hempstead) have a huge selection of floor and wall tiles at various price points. A special thank you to Ava and Jay who were really helpful. Thanks again.

Outstanding customer service from Ben and Channing at Topps Tiles!
They were incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable, providing expert advice that made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to help, and they are a real credit to the company.
