The customer service at Tops Tiles Cheetham Hill was excellent. They were helpful, informative, and not once did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. I also like the range of tiles available as well as the price.

I recently bought bathroom tiles from Topps Tiles in Royton, Oldham, and received absolutely fantastic service from Johny! He helped calculate exactly what we needed and guided us through the showroom's massive selection. When we realized at home that one colour wasn't right, Johny made the return completely hassle-free. He went above and beyond by giving us invaluable layout advice, creative options we hadn't thought of, and the perfect grout recommendations. Being able to see everything in the showroom is a massive plus, but Johny truly made the experience. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ryan was really helpful when we were choosing tiles for our fireplace renovation. He gave us plenty of practical advice, helped us explore different options and provided samples to try at home, making our decisions much easier. Great customer service, thank you!

My wife and I are in the process of a home renovation project (quite a big one at that). As part of this project, we have selected porcelain tiles throughout the ground-floor area of the property, plus a colour complement of porcelain tiles for the outdoors/patio areas.
We have been liaising with Topps Tiles (Burgess Hill) over the past couple of months to select the right tiles for our new home. The team at TT (BH) have been awesome; Oli, Jack and George have guided us through our selection process plus helped us with additional recommendations throughout this journey.
To make this process even sweeter, Jack was able to get me enrolled in the TT trade account (due to being a sole trader). We are extremely grateful for the assistance/recommendations the TT (BH), especially with the scale of this process, from selection to design and execution/installation.
Thank you, team TT (BH), for your guidance and recommendations. For anyone walking through a similar project or on a smaller scale, give the team at TT (BH) a look-out; you are in great hands with this team!!

placed and paid for an order a week prior to needing my Goods, i received my confirmation email that my delivery would be delivered on the day requested. on the day i tracked the order via the website and it was pending dispatch, so called their so called customer support who in formed me that the ordered had been put on hold has there was an item that was being delivered direct from a supplier to me! when questioned why this would hold up a delivery from them they had no explanation nor any option on how they was going to rectify the mistake!! order cancelled and will start using other tile suppliers who don't let there customers down !! also maybe some training required for the customer support team who could not offer any customer support

I paid several visits to Topps Tiles and the chaps there always have time to chat and give advice, including colour matches. Helpful with stock and pack everything into the car - what more could you ask for!

Visited Stockport branch several times and each time Adam was exceptional. Knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I visited the Worcester branch on Sheriff Street with my 3-year-old daughter, and Sheena was amazing. She helped me choose the right tiles and trim and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.

She even gave my daughter a lollipop and helped keep her entertained while I was making my choices, which made the whole experience so much easier.

With so many businesses in the UK lacking basic customer service these days it was so refreshing walking in to your Epsom store and being looked after by the lovely Lottie. Topps tiles is amazing for quality and service and can deliver every third day on stock that isn’t in store which is a brilliant service no waiting

We found the tiles we wanted to refurbish our bathroom. Went to order online, what a nightmare! Such a slow website and we couldn’t get it to work. Went to our local Topps Tiles in Hillingdon and what great customer service! Dalton was a fountain of knowledge and so helpful. We got everything ordered and let’s hope the delivery goes well.
