I have to praise James who works there. He was so helpful when I went in on Saturday afternoon to try and match up bathroom tiles for a shower. He was very patient working out exactly how many tiles I needed and trying to match the colour and the thickness of the tiles which was very difficult.. I’ve always had excellent service at Topps tiles and cannot recommend them highly enough. So lovely to find a local supplier who’s really helpful and doesn’t patronise you because you’re a woman.

Novice tile chooser/ buyer here who started the adventure at Topps Tiles in Loughborough. Rob was brilliant. He answered all questions, he showed us specific tiles, explained different types, showed us chosen tiles as they would look in situ using computer graphics. Rob thankfully wasn’t a pushy salesperson and suggested we buy a tile to take home to trial ( excellent idea). Calling him a couple of weeks later he remembered our first visit and very efficiently sorted our order out and with a discount too ( very appreciated), he didn’t think I’d fit them in my Fiesta so offered delivery ( again very appreciated). Delivery was on time, the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Should be a 6 star rating for this company and the Loughborough sales team. Glad we didn’t need to venture any further for great tiles, advice and excellent customer service.

Jack at the Boucher Road branch in Belfast was incredibly helpful via email he sent me options of what was in stock now as I needed tiles asap. He sorted what I wanted, packed it to one side to be collected and was so quick to respond. Excellent service highly recommend!! Cheers Jack

Be very careful using Topps Tiles or even better don't use them at all!
Batch numbers are all over the place.
Ordered 30 large tiles, some damaged upon delivery. They then could not match the batch number within a few days of ordering and starting a project! Customer care is ridiculous, wouldn't even offer me anything as a gesture of good will, just went quiet when esculating the complaint. Very poor for such a large and supposedly reputable company!

I am sure that I am not a typical customer. I operate a small arts and crafts business and was interested in sourcing some cermaic tiles that I could engrave using a disde or IR laser. I visited my local store in Bridgetwon near Cannock. The staff, without exception, we warm, frinedly and very interested in my unusualk request. To begin with they were happy to sell me just two tiles that I could take away and test. Although I had originally sought a cermaic tile, these tiles were porcelain and worked brilliantly. When I returned to the store today to buy a whole box, I was greeeted with the same cheery and really helpful service. The shop is attractive and well laid out making it wasy to find what I was looking for.

I tend to be a very loyal customer... I will not be going anywhere else for my tile needs. I recommend this busi9ness and its staff without hesitation!

We went to the Topps Tiles in Beckenham and the staff there were super helpful. Tegs directed us towards some really nice tiles for our kitchen helping us with the colour, size and grout colour. This was so useful as choosing can be a minefield and we werent really sure what we were looking for. Now we do. Totally recommend Topps Tiles for quality and range. Thank you!

Dealt with Rhia at Topps Tiles Croydon and if I could give her 11 stars out of 10 I would. Amazing advice and genuine care for best customer outcomes which is hard to find. Amazing.

Fantastic help and service from Andy at the Huddersfield branch. Visited to look for bathroom tiles for two projects, Andy provided excellent help and suggestions, both with tiles but also with which Grout would look better.
Arranged one order for collection and one for delivery and he has kept in touch through the whole process, rang to advise product was in stock and arranged collection.
Upon arrival order was stacked and ready, car was loaded straight away by the team and the whole process was seamless
Needed to get another four boxes of tiles, Andy helped match the batch , again no issues and loaded me the second lot in the car straight away
All in all great value product with first class customer service thank you

Great service from Tom at the Chester store and Ben who delivered an order.

I was able to order the tiles I needed in the quantities I needed, got good advice on the amount of grout to order, got free delivery and a Blue Light discount as well! Georgia was very helpful and knowledgeable when I couldn't remember the name of the tiles I wanted. Excellent customer service and care.

Had a brilliant experience at the tile store. The two guys at reception were both extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They took the time to help us with everything we needed and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Great customer service from both of them — a real credit to the store.
