This company uses EVRI as their chosen courier. Enough said. EVRI have to be the absolutely WORST courier company in existence. They are called that because EVERY "delivery" I have had from them has failed. Absolute rubbish.

Respuesta de Trade Counter Direct - TCD
Hi Jan,
We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience with the courier service. We understand how frustrating failed deliveries can be, and we agree that your order’s journey to you is an important part of the overall service.
While Evri is one of several couriers we use, we take all delivery feedback seriously and will raise this with them to address your concerns. Our goal is to make the whole process — from ordering to receipt — as smooth as possible, and we’re sorry that didn’t happen this time.
If there’s anything still outstanding with your order, please contact us directly at Select Trade Brands Support support@selecttradebrands.com so we can resolve it quickly.

It's a gas meter cover!
Difficult to get excited about a gas meter cover, but it came quickly and was the correct part.
I took the old one off for painting and left it outside on the verge to dry. A kid cycled over it. £60. Best price I could find.

Respuesta de Trade Counter Direct - TCD
Hi Keith,
Thanks for the great review — and for the chuckle! We agree — it’s hard to get excited about a gas meter cover… until a kid on a bike makes it a priority!
We’re glad we could get the correct part to you quickly and at the best price. If you ever need anything else (hopefully not bike-proofing!), we’re here to help.
