Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for an item that’s usually needed urgently on-site.

Your order was dispatched on 04/06/2025, but unfortunately, there was a stock delay from the manufacturer (Rothenberger), and they didn’t notify us as quickly as we would have hoped. Normally, this item is a standard stock line, and we’re very sorry for the delay and inconvenience it caused.

We’re actively reviewing how we communicate delivery estimates and stock status so that this type of issue is avoided in future. Your input helps us improve, and we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
