Aaron Lee from CLA Energy Services was incredibly helpful when trying to deal with queries that we had with Smartest Energy and the smart meters that we had issues with. Aaron was very organised, efficient and did what he said he would do, resulting in an acceptable outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron if you need someone to liaise with an energy company on your behalf.

We have been working closely with Sarah DK from Troo and her customer service is impeccable. Sarah has been dealing with our energy renewals and I cannot praise her enough not only has she been saving the company money but she is also very knowledgeable about the industry so we know we are in safe hands. Sarah is really helpful and always happy to answer our questions and explain things (even when we don’t understand it the first time!). We look forward to continuing working with Sarah and Troo.

I was approached by Anita at one of our sites. Usually I’m not interested in any sales pitch or anything like that, however Anita took a personal interest to our business and offered to help reduce our utility bills. Anita offered a full hands on approach where everything was handled by herself making the transition smoother and easier for us. She was very involved, caring, honest and fun. Anita worked very fast with us to get things sorted and understood the needs of our business. Her friendly and professional approach definitely made her the right person for the job. Troocost was very impressive overall in moving me to a less expensive supplier and, when one small matter arose, Aaron Bell was very efficient at resolving it. My electricity is MUCH lower than it was previously.

Aaron was not only able to validate that my new invoiced charges agreed with the new contract, he was able to talk with my electric supplier and answer a couple of extra questions expeditiously.
