From the moment of ordering the customer service has been exceptional. Steven organised our install to coincide with our move in date, and kept us up to date resolving a blockage in the duct to our new property. It was all coordinated perfectly and we had super fast symmetrical broadband 2 days after we moved in. Communication was Steven was great and he went above and beyond to keep us up to date with the progress. The install was handled professionally by Shaun and John who did a great job and they had us up and running in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Trooli, half the price of EE and 10 times faster upload speeds!

Shaun and John came out to get my wifi from Rise set up and they were very knowledgable and friendly. John took his shoes off inside the house and Shaun wore boot covers inside, which was greatly appreciated. Shaun answered all my questions about the wifi and waited until I was sure the wifi worked before departing.

I just signed up with Trooli. I was very happy to get through on the phone quickly, and speak to a sales advisor (Connor Wise) who was helpful and clear. I'm yet to have the service installed but the initial contact and contract set up experience has been very good.
