I have not started completely with…
I have not started completely with Trooli, but so far the switch over has gone well. I had a very patient representative, Mikyle, that explained everything in detail and was very personable. My starting tariff for the first 2 years is less than half my current provider charges me now. I was also on 15mbp (yes 15...!!), and my old provider told me that was all they had to provide by law. I am advised I will be on 500mbp with Trooli. The landline I will be losing, only worked periodically anyway, so wont be missed, especially as landlines end next year. Another blatant act of ageism in this techo world.
