Always good service

I have a good relationship with the service team for my CX-30 Company Car which is regularly serviced by the dealership. There was an issue with a Radiator replacement and also an injector clean both which were done under warranty three years ago. However the team liaised with Mazda, and they agreed to cover the cost of both procedures. Great team and support for their loyal customers when needed. Many dealerships and car manufacturers could learn a thing or two about good and fair customer service......

Booked mot and service with price given in advance. Few days before was informed the wrong service was proposed and new service price given and agreed.
Asked for mot to be completed early due to obligations later during the day and was informed at lunch all was done.
Well explained what was done.
Happy to have the mot done even if it's a bit more expensive.

The service provided by TW White is always excellent. The staff are friendly & helpful, there is always a reminder call ahead if the booking, they give an upfront cost wherever possible & keep you informed. The car is always ready in good time and thoroughly cleaned after each service. This time I took advantage of a courtesy car which was excellent. I highly recommend this garage

Great garage for regular servicing. I always feel well respected when I come here and I never feel like there is more work done to the car than is necessary, or that the charges are more than they ought to be. The traffic in the surrounding area is often rather heavy but that's not the garage's fault, it just means that getting there and home again can be a challenge sometimes. I don't feel it's a reason not to use them though as it's only usually once a year! If you use their courtesy car service they are always very good quality vehicles and it gives you the chance to try out one of their other models. I tried the electric car last time!
