Tyres Pneus-online Opiniones 

I should start by saying I successfully bought two tyres and had them fitted to the car at the tyre fitting centre I chose. So, mission accomplished that far.
However, the lack of communication about the delivery of the tyres to the fitting centre was in stark contrast to other websites that offer tracking from despatch onwards as standard. The tyre fitting centre had no information provided from a third party company who delivered the tyres on behalf of pneus online, and were wondering what to do with them when I called in on the off chance.....
So not only did I was customer receive no information, nor did the "partner" in the form of the fitting centre.
Contrary to expectations, because the invoice didn't specify it was covered in the purchase price, I then had to pay the fitting centre to fit the tyres.
Overall a poor experience and I won't be using this company ever again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing tires from Tires Pneus Online, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. The troubles began with their return policy, which states that they do not accept returns under any circumstances. This lack of flexibility is already concerning, but what truly exacerbated the situation was the abysmal customer service.

First and foremost, their customer service team took an astonishing three weeks to respond to my inquiries regarding an issue with the tires I received. In an age where prompt communication is expected, this delay is simply unacceptable. Not only did it leave me feeling frustrated and ignored, but it also left me without a resolution to my problem for an extended period.

Furthermore, the fact that Tires Pneus Online refuses to accept returns adds insult to injury. It demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and highlights their prioritization of profit over customer service. In an industry where customer safety is paramount, this lack of accountability is concerning.

Overall, my experience with Tires Pneus Online was extremely disappointing. From their unyielding return policy to their sluggish customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone in need of tires. There are plenty of reputable tire retailers out there who prioritize customer satisfaction and offer efficient, responsive service—unfortunately, Tires Pneus Online does not appear to be one of them.

Like everyone else, wish I had checked here first.
Same old story, tyres ordered last week and now "still in shipping/being prepared" over a week later.
No replies to emails, no replies to "cancelling", but yet you can pay to call them and wait on hold.
This sort of customer service and online businesses should not be allowed.
Will give it a few more days and raise a dispute with credit card provider etc.

Now need to find alternative tyres whilst this "show" unfolds...and I await the generic copy and paste pointless reply.

In summary - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Escolhei o centro de montagem pneus formulafix in Sintra por preço baixo (a partir de 10 euros), mas na verdade acabou com 20 euros por pneu. Eu entendo que o preço pode variar, mas eu tenho Honda Jazz com rodas R15 e acho que 20 euros por pneu é demais... Alem disso precisei de esperar pela marcaçao por um mês porque tiveram problemas com o equipamento e o montagem durou por duas horas.

I order set of 4 alloy wheels yes comes in 5 days but one was damaged now is 4 week and still don’t have any news from them costumer service is a joke

Absolute joke of a business. Ordered 4 high performance summer tires on 6 Feb, got an email the next day asking for proof of address (which no business has ever done before), gave them that immediately and no response. 10 calls, no answer. Multiple emails, no responses. 22 Feb today and still not a peep, but they still have my $2000. Never seen anything like it. Absolute trash.

EDIT: Tires were finally delivered on 25 Feb after having to open a dispute with PayPal. If you buy from these guys, make CERTAIN you use PayPal so they can fight for you when it goes sideways. Cheers.

Ordered tires from the company and the price was good. However I needed to cancel my order as the tires were not coming in time. There was no tracking given what so ever. I called multiple times, almost 6 times and never got anyone to pick up even during their operating hours. I emailed 2-3 times and never got an email back.

The tire did get delivered and it's quality is good, however it got delivered after the timeframe they quoted me and hence I had to get a different one installed. Have been trying to arrange a return but there is no customer service what so ever!

Highly recommended.Ordered two tires. Courier service didn’t find my address, then tires were returned to the warehouse. I made complaint via email. Got fast reply. I replaced the order. With 4 days I got. Thank to MS Petra.

They just didn't deliver the tyres and didn't answer any of my emails.

Update since Pneus response:
I still don't have any tyres and you still have my money. I've asked for a refund and had no meaningful response to that either. Shocking!

Ordered some tyres 5 days ago and still sat in “preparing for shipping” on the website it says 3 - 5 days working days to be shipped. Will not be buying from them again. Only way to contact is to write a physical letter to the Netherlands (from the UK) or call a premium rate number. No email? Clearly realise that they just be inundated with emails. Really wish I’d checked on trustpilot before buying.

Horrible company to buy from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Definitely not 48hr as advertised. 5 days and counting and still no delivery date.

Don’t even deserve one star but that’s a minimum ….

Ordered four new GY sports Tyres for a Porsche and when delivered I discovered that two were a few weeks under 3 years old . Their promise online is they won’t sell Tyres under three years old but really , putting three year old Tyres on a sports car isn’t ideal. Very slow to respond as took several emails.

I also ordered four Tyres for a family members car and only two delivered , they claim all four were delivered .

Not the easy convienient online platform it’s made out to be . Will be using other sites in the future as cant count on PNEU

The tyres arrived on time and were the cheapest I could find but not worth the stress. There is no way to contact them at all, phone lines dead across all the countries they operate in. Dont reply to emails and seemingly have 0 customer support. They are cheap but not worth the risk if you have a problem problem the order. I would personally avoid this company at all costs and never use them the risks are to high.

I ordered a tyre on 23rd July, and heard nothing from the company at all. I tried to call, but the phone line always says the company is closed.
I have emailed 4 times so far, and finally on 10th August, they told me my tyre had been delivered on the 27th July, and sent me a photo of the house opposites bin, a tyre, and someone's feet!
My neighbours know nothing about any delivery, and DPD have no record of this, even though Pneus are telling me they used DPD, the tracking number doesn't match anything DPD use, and DPD are telling me they do not have a partnership with this company?!!
Absolutely terrible communication, and zero customer service. Will NEVER use this company again - just a load of stress and wasted energy trying to chase up this delivery - which I still have no idea where it is!!!

No one from this company returned any emails and no one answers the phone. Contacted my credit card company. Never had this bad of an experience online. I'm worried I have been ripped off. Avoid at all costs

Terrible company to deal with. Bought two wrong tyres. I got advised to buy correct one. And would get refunded separately for wrong tyres. So I sent two back, no confirmation. Tyres went on set date. Now they r saying the only received one. My neighbour saw driver collect both tyres. Now they won’t refund me. Avoid this company terrible customer service
